Well worth the 10 bucks. 4 bulbs you can control and change color on demand is an excellent deal. Bright enough to match a typical led bulb.

The bulbs themselves are fine — they work as basic light bulbs and respond to the included remote control. However, the "smart" part of these smart bulbs is completely non-functional. Sengled has gone out of business, and as of August 2025, both the app and Alexa integration are permanently offline. You are essentially buying a remote-controlled bulb at a smart bulb price.The product listing should make this crystal clear. Buyers expecting app control, voice commands, or any of the advertised smart features will be disappointed — none of that works anymore and never will again. If you just need a color-changing bulb with a physical remote and have no expectation of app or voice control, it gets the job done. But purchasing this without knowing the company is defunct would feel like a bait-and-switch.Bottom line: Only buy these if you're aware the smart features are permanently gone and you're okay with remote-only control.

I’ve been using the Sengled Dual Mode Smart Light Bulbs set for a few weeks now and overall I’m satisfied with them. These bulbs are easy to set up and work both with the included remote and the phone app, which makes them flexible depending on how you want to control them. You can change the color temperature from warm to cool (2700K–6500K) and dim the brightness from very soft to full light, so they work well for everyday lighting or more decorative moods, though the choice of colors is a bit limited.The remote can be paired with several bulbs at once, which is handy if you’re controlling multiple lights in a room.For the price, these bulbs are a pretty good choice if you don’t need voice control and just want good color and brightness options with both app and remote control.

Not what I expected but maybe better. Easy to set up. Love the remote option. Simming and various color lights are "neat"
