These lights are great however you can see the light from the side so if that bothers you, it’s best to have an up light that isn’t completely open on the sides. Great for most applications. I’m getting ready to order some more, using them if they’re surrounded by plants or something because all I like to see is the light that reflects on what it is pointed at. I hope that makes sense.

There are so many solar lights out there that it can feel overwhelming trying to choose one. I’ve also had mixed results with solar products in the past, so I wasn’t sure what to expect.After reading a lot of reviews, I decided to go with these—and I’m so glad I did.I installed them around my trees and bushes, and they’ve been excellent. They’re very easy to set up, and I like that you can adjust both the brightness level and the angle of the light.What really impressed me is how well they charge, even though they’re placed under trees. They still provide great lighting at night.I installed them in October 2025, and they made it through a full Midwest winter—snow, freezing temperatures, and all. It’s now spring, and they look just as good as when I first put them in.They feel well made and sturdy, and I’m very pleased with how they’ve held up.Overall, I would definitely recommend these if you’re looking for reliable solar lights that can handle the elements.

I bought these WENATY solar spotlights for my Halloween display - the kind with fog, glowing pumpkins, and way too many extension cords. I was hoping the color-changing lights would give everything that perfect eerie glow without needing to plug in anything, and in some ways they really delivered.The battery life is incredible. I set them up at dusk and they’re still glowing when I head out for work the next morning. Even after a cloudy day, they recharge well enough to last through the night, which is a huge win for solar lights.That said, I wish they were a little more powerful. The colors are fun and vibrant up close, but you have to position them very near whatever you’re trying to light. From more than a few feet away, the glow fades fast. For small decorations, garden features, or walkway lighting they’re perfect, but if you’re trying to spotlight a full-size prop or tree, you’ll need more than one.Pros:* Battery life is amazing - runs all night without fail.* Fun color modes and easy setup.* Sturdy build and weatherproof even after heavy rain.Cons:* Light beam isn’t as strong as expected; best for close-up accents.Overall, these are great little lights for adding color and fun to the yard.
