I hated the vanity light in our master bathroom when we bought the house, but it was functional and I couldn’t justify replacing it — until one fateful day I was dusting it and it just fell out of the wall. Someone had installed it with a couple of drywall screws! How it stayed up as long as it did is anybody’s guess. So now I have two of these. It’s the right compromise: I get my crystal and gold tones, my husband gets his matte black and modern lines. Classy and glitzy without being over the top. One fixture was a simple swap with the included hardware; the other required cutting into the wall and wiring a proper junction box — that was a construction project, not a fixture issue. If you’re doing a straightforward replacement, it comes with everything you need and the instructions are clear. Very well packaged, crystals arrived intact, metal unscratched.

This light is perfect over my large bathroom mirror. It’s beautiful and really updates the space. Works well with my dimmer switch. The installation was straightforward.

We ordered 3 fixtures. Two of the 3 light fixtures and one of the 6 light fixtures. All in chrome. Be aware these are builders grade fixtures with visible screws and adjustment slots once installed. We didn’t notice that detail in the pictures. The chrome finish is excellent but the square shades aren’t one solid piece. Rather they are made up of 4 flat panes of glass held in a square shape by a chrome wire loom that doubles as the attachment point. On the positive side this design reduces their weight. For the price we can’t complain, but extremely discerning shoppers should probably look elsewhere.The mounting plate extends beyond the electrical box with holes to attach it firmly to the wall. This is handy if the electrical rough-in isn’t quite centered. (Which is almost always the case.). The shades are a little short and don’t quite cover standard LED bulbs with a plastic base. Consider smaller Edison style bulbs which cost a bit more and may not put out as much light. All in all we’re happy with the fixtures.Update: A15 size bulbs (often referred to as “appliance bulbs” ) work great and are less expensive.

This light fixture is well-made. The Light Crystals are heavy and well-crafted. Once installed and turned on, they are beautiful. The light shines through the crystals, radiating with a dazzling effect. They look almost like Irish cut crystal from Waterford. I am very pleased with the look and the value. After buying one, I ordered two additional ones.
