Frame on one panel damaged but operable. Already installed the other panel before noticing and not worth uninstalling just to return.Overall the led light is comparable to my existing ones and the adjustments made it easy to match colour and brightness.

Ordered a 12 pack and 8 pack of these lights. Came in 5 boxes of 4 lights each. 6 of 20 lights have dented bodies. Using 12 lights and sending the 6 dented lights plus 2 good lights back to Amazon as a refund of the 8 pack.  The actual led lights are attached directly to the housing. The dents tilt the lights and cause a halo effect to display on the diffuser messing up the lighting efficiency. It appears the packing is not sufficient to protect the lights when the package is pressed in the middle of the side. Most of the dented lights were outside lights in the package. The lights themselves work great and look good. I would have given these lights 5 stars by themselves. But they did NOT ship from Amazon. They shipped via FedEx from the company in New Jersey so the average of a little over 1 dented light per box is very real concern.

Installed a couple of these 2x4 panels to replace older fixtures and they fit right into the ceiling grid without any issues. Setup didn’t take long and the wiring was pretty straightforward.The light output is strong and evenly spread across the room, which made a noticeable difference compared to the old lights. No flickering so far, and the overall look is clean and simple.They also arrived in great condition — the packaging was solid and everything was well protected with no damage.

To upgrade the lighting, I settled on YPII 2x4 LED Flat Panel Light Fixtures. Their specifications met all my needs, and my previous positive experience with YPII LED products made them an easy choice for this project. I ordered Several panels—to ensure the entire basement was properly illuminated.These panels are perfect for tight spaces due to their slim profile (just 1.18 inches tall) and light weight. The ceiling framework supports them effortlessly. I particularly appreciated their selectable color temperature feature, with a simple 5-way sliding switch allowing transitions between 3000K (warm white), 3500K(Yellow-white), 4000K (Natural), 5000K (daylight) and 6500K(cool white). For the basement, I found that the 3500K Yellow-white setting provided the most appealing light quality.Brightness and dimming options were important considerations for me as well. At full power, these panels emit 9360 lumens, which is ideal for the basement’s low ceiling height. They are also dimmable from 100% down to 10%, requiring a 0-10V DC dimmer with separate low-voltage wiring.The end result exceeded my expectations! At full brightness, the basement feels uniformly lit and reminiscent of a well-lit school classroom. When dimmed to the lowest setting (10%), the ambiance transforms into something warm and intimate, akin to dining in a cozy restaurant.I've heard that they'll be improving the packaging in the future, and I'm really looking forward to seeing the upgraded protective design.Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to replace our old basement lighting with these YPII LED panels.
