really added some needed character in our bedroomI painted two of our lamp bases matte-black and with these shades it really makes a statement in our bedroom against out soft blue curtains. the color is a very nice black. price is questionable, but these days looking for something unique, you will pay for it.the fit/sizing is accurate to the description.visually appealing and I have been given complements on them already (just 1 week)durability, they are lamp shade, it's not like they are being man-handled.....lol

Nice velvety outside fabric, with shiny gold inside. Was a bit difficult to assemble, but once managed it is beautiful! Really adds flare to the dining room. Lots of light, but not blinding. Fit my lamp perfectly.

Love these shades! Get it today, you know you want to! The lamps we got last year came with plain off-white colored shades. These gorgeous patterned shades mirror the lamp style AND make them instantly look FANCY! These ship unassembled in a fairly compact box. Just clip the shades to the rings & attach the Velcro edges together. Easy peasy! Absolutely worth the money to make my lamps look this fabulous. The quality is evident, you can feel it in the thickness of the shade when you are putting it together. I measured my old shades before ordering. The lamps already had the required harp style shade holder. It was a perfect fit. Pictures show the old boring shades & the new gorgeous upgraded shades. 😍

Great lampshade for smart-bulb mood lighting.This will never be a lampshade for true illumination as it’s obviously made for setting a mood. I do a lot of art and had a lamp in my garage that I needed to rewire. It is a heavy brass base that I purchased 30 years ago and this week decided I’d decoupage it and needed a shade. After looking at hundreds of shades I kept coming back to these and I’m thrilled with its look.The instructions say to put the shade together first (alludes to, not really clear) as there’s a Velcro strip to bring the edges together to create the drum shape. I could see this was not exactly the best way to get the drum to be tightly fit to the wire structure with clamps already set on the wire that makes assembly super easy. I rolled the shade evenly around the wire then starting from the middle of the Velcro strip working to the ends got it on the skeletal structure super tight and it laid flat all the way around like a sturdy drum shade should look.It took about 10 minutes to assemble and will definitely buy more of these.I like the shiny gold interior as it reflects a glow that’s flattering - the photos are taken in my art studio space so ignore the background as I took the photos for my own use to add to a portfolio. The lamp is fun and adds a splash of glam-rock god David Bowie that matches an antique mirror with a very similar theme.Arrived a day late but no big deal. Such a great price for exactly what I needed.🌵
