I have been using these for a couple month and they seem to be fine. I have them on a timer and they come on and off on their own.

Nice quality lighting.

These lights were a good buy. Really made our popup stand out at our street event. We repacked very carefully.

The lights are quite nice and I have no complaints, but there were no spare bulbs provided in the box. Fortunately all the bulbs on the string are in working order, but I’m not sure what to do when any (inevitably) go bad.

North Carolina mountain house so bright neighbors were upset . Bought a dimmer to go with these .

I ordered the Svater 192 foot set of outdoor string lights to hang in my back yard along with the NEREUS string light hanging kit, and the Elegrp PQR22 outdoor smart dimmer plug. Overall I am more than satisfied with this purchase. the lights were broken down into 4 rolls 48 feet long each. I unrolled them in my back yard and overall they look sturdy. The wire between the lights is thick and all of the bulbs worked when I plugged them in. I used the hanging kit to run wire from my house to four separate fence posts at the back of my yard and then stretched the wire and zip tied them at every light to the wire. This allowed me to stretch the wire tight between the house and fence posts. I then cut off the excess wire, capped the end with electrical tape, and used marine grade shrink wrap and a blow torch to seal in the wire end. None of the lights malfunctioned after I did this. I took the excess light bulbs and stored them in my garage in case I need them in the future. I then plugged the four light strands into an outdoor extension cord splitter that had 4 female ends. I then used an extension cord to connect the splitter into the above mentioned dimmer, and then plugged it into an outdoor outlet with a weather box over it. The lights are more than bright enough for my back yard and illuminate all the way to the road around my house. After installing the lights I moved my fire pit into the back yard and positioned the pit so it was in between the strands of light. I have burned plenty of fires in there and none of the bulbs have melted or deformed from this. Overall I feel like these lights will last a long time and were perfect for my back yard. I would recommend them to anyone and plan to buy more of them in the future to place around my house and front porch.

After shopping around, I ultimately bought these lights and they work well, they’re bright, durable, and add a nice ambiance. However, I did notice that the bulbs are spaced further apart compared to another string of lights we received as a gift, so they don’t line up perfectly when placed together. If you’re planning to mix and match with other light strands, this difference in spacing might be noticeable and is something to keep in mind. For standalone use or if matching exactly isn’t critical, these are a solid choice.

This is a well-built patio light string. The power cable is both supple and sturdy, and the attachment fittings on each light housing feel rugged and durable—clearly designed to withstand the elements. The string unrolled easily right out of the box, which I really appreciated. I’ve tried other brands where I had to spend way too much time detangling the lights. Not a big deal if you're only hanging one, but a real time-saver if you're installing several.Smart Dimmer Users – Read This:If you're planning to use a smart dimmer (like the Lutron Caseta controlling an outdoor outlet) with this string, there's a small but important detail to be aware of. Most modern LED light strings don’t play nicely with standard smart dimmers because those dimmers require a small amount of power to stay "awake" and receive remote commands. This tiny current can cause the LEDs to “ghost” or glow faintly, and in some cases, the dimmer won’t fully power the lights on.The good news? This string uses standard Edison screw (E26) sockets, so the fix is simple: add one incandescent or halogen bulb to the string. This provides enough electrical load for the dimmer to function properly. I placed mine at the socket closest to the plug for easy access in case it ever needs replacing.Brightness & Dimming:The string gives off plenty of light—enough to comfortably light a patio or backyard gathering. Even better, it can be dimmed very low without flickering, which makes it perfect for setting the mood in the evening.Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. Great quality, easy setup, and smart home compatible with a quick tweak. Highly recommended.
