The shades were well-made with no sharp edges and a beautiful linen pattern. Unfortunately, the straight up and down shape makes it hard to get my hand inside to tighten the nut to hold them in place. I was replacing bell shaped shades so they were easy to remove. I ended up returning these because there was no way I could do eight of them, let alone one. I would have to find a child to reach in there, but the sconces were high off the ground, and that didn’t really seem like a good idea.

Updated an outdated dining room chandelier and bedroom ceiling fan with these in the clear hammered glass.Wow what a difference!Wish I’d done it sooner.The glass casts a beautiful light display on the ceiling also.
