Ordered first 6pk set Sep-17-2018 for 4 ceiling fixtures , installed the bulbs around 3-4 days later when they came in. Those from the original order lasted quite a while as the last one from that 6 pack lasted tillaround Apr-01-2021 in that 4 fixture setup thru out the house and i placed my order to replace the blown bulbs as well as have a couple backups to have on hand and ordered on Apr-10-2021 this year.2 of the new ones purchased in Apr this yr have already blown so that does concern me as to wether these are being made the same as my original ones of this eat product i oredered . I really like the color and the energy usage seems to be low. But the appx 7 month longevity of these 2 blown bulbs as of today is now making wander if these others are going to last.

First, let me say these are perfect. At 820 lumens and 3000k these deliver the perfect amount of light without edging into "harsh white" territory. I will buy more of these, for sure.Now for the rest... I don't understand why people have a hard time understanding the relationship between the terms warm, soft, cool and daylight and the numbers 2700K, 3000K, 5000K and 6500K. The "warmth" spectrum works with the warmest color being the lowest number. Therefore "warm white" is 2700K, "soft white" is 3000K, "cool white" is (roughly and with many variations) 3500K-5000K and Daylight being 6500K. I realize there are a LOT of differing opinions but they are wrong. Ask a professional lighting tech. I normally use 2700K bulbs (warm white). Many sellers get this wrong by calling it soft white or calling 3000K warm white so I end up ordering bulbs and hoping that one of their descriptions (either the name or the number) is wrong, sadly being wrong about 40% of the time. Even if you ask, they'll often get it wrong again. Just check out the Q&A section of this listing! As an example, I bought some LED puck lights and was told they were *definitely* warm white and 2700K but what I got was soft white and 3000K (measured with a meter). Fortunately, being puck lights, I was able to go buy a light gel and warm the tone to roughly 2700K.That being said, these bulbs are 3000K SOFT WHITE. This is exactly what I wanted for the basement laundry room. Bright but not harsh while not being too "yellow". As previously stated, these bulbs are nice and bright. Many LED bulbs run about 750 lumens which is a touch too dim but at 820 lumens, these are perfect.If you're looking for that super warm old incandescent bulb feel, these are not it. If you're looking for bright light without the harshness, these are your bulbs.

I love that these bulbs create a warm glow that makes my new home feel so inviting to guests. My house is an old bungalow with hardwood floors and the bright white of most LEDs runs so contrarily to the feel I was trying to create. These fixed that immediately.

I'm mostly happy with these bulbs. At less than $2 a piece for LED A19's it's hard to complain about them. The low cost bumps this from a 3- to a 4-star rating.My biggest gripe is the color of the 3000K "warm" bulbs. They give off a slightly green hue. It's subtle enough that it's not a dealbreaker, but noticeable enough that I wouldn't want to use them in certain areas of the home, especially when they are used near some Phillips LED bulbs I also have. Overall the color is "warm" but not the same light quality as the more expensive bulbs. I've definitely seen worse.

I purchased these almost exactly a year ago. They're in a bathroom fixture that's on maybe 4 hrs a day. One bulb died after 10 months and another died yesterday.The bulb is good, but they should last longer than a year.I will not by from this manufacturer again.UPDATE: 04/17/2018Torchstar Customer Service promptly contacted me and replaced the bulbs. I must increase my rating for such good customer service. I plan on updating this review should any additional bulbs fail.UPDATE: 05/29/2019Since Torchstar replaced my 2 burned out bulbs, no other bulbs have had any issues at all. Maybe a bad batch, but at this point I'd say it's a good product with very good customer service. Would likely buy again.
