The chandelier came without instructions, my electrician was able to install it but we don’t know how to hand the cristals. Please send me instructions.

This crystal chandelier looks far more luxurious than its price tag suggests. Unlike other models with bulky, unattractive rings at the top, this one features a beautifully designed gold metal frame hidden behind the crystal strands, giving it an elegant and upscale appearance. The customer service was also prompt and informative. I’d definitely recommend this product.

The installation was a little troublesome. A small screw was missing, but it was later found. The screw was loose and fell into the box during transportation. One crystal had no hole and could not be installed. The merchant quickly sent a replacement . The installation took a bit long, at least 6 hours. But everything was worth it, very beautiful.
