Buy it if you have a wall or pole where you can mount it. At around $115, this seems like a good deal for the construction and light output. The fixture is very solid and hefty—this light is heavy! I had hoped to use an existing residential outlet box, but this isn't designed to mount like a typical residential light fixture. It needs to be attached directly to a wall or pole. That didn't work for my intended installation, but that's a limitation of my mounting location rather than an issue with the light.I was still able to bench test it, and it is extremely bright. Once I installed the sensor, the motion detection worked properly, and the dusk-to-dawn sensor worked as expected as well.Overall, the construction feels appropriate for a commercial-style outdoor fixture. If you have the right mounting location, the solid construction, brightness, and working sensors make this a very good value.

Brighter than expected, works very well

This light is seriously bright and covers a much larger area than I expected. The motion sensor is a nice feature too, I like that it dims when there’s no activity instead of staying at full brightness all night. The housing feels solid and well made, and the adjustable mount makes it easy to aim exactly where you need it. Great option for a driveway, garage, or larger outdoor area where a normal porch light just isn’t enough. Installation was pretty easy, although it is pretty heavy!

These LED Parking Lot Lights are very bright and heavy duty. My first order of these they had the price discounted and shipped me the one's without the 'motion sensor' despite the fact the order said they had the sensor. I had to re-order them (4 total) individually for some reason instead of an order of four at checkout... I recommend when you order these make sure of the options you want (I.E. motion sensor, etc.) and you may need to order if more than one separate orders. Although these can be mounted on a post they also can be just mounted on a flat surface. I think the supplier should offer the 'motion sensor' as an 'add' to the base model. That's why I give it 4 stars and not 5.

The lights brightness is very good! Motion sensor no so good! Literally have to get very close to set it off!! Tried many adjustments with no change!! Poor design!!

Super bright! You can see it light things up in the daytime when it does it's initial power up. The dusk to dawn sensor comes on a bit too early. The metal housing is very rugged! Motion sensor was very easy to install. Power cord is a high quality SO cable, so very professional. All the parts are stainless steel. This is a very good light for the price!

I've lived in my current house for over 10 years, and I've always struggled with the lack of outdoor lighting in the corner of my yard. It's a bit of an eyesore, especially at night when the shadows stretch out like dark tentacles. That was until I installed this LED parking lot light on one of the corners. At first, I wasn't sure if it would be enough to make a difference, but after turning it on for the first time, I knew I had made the right decision. The light is massive, literally, it's 150W and has an incredible 22,500 lumens of brightness. It's like shining a tiny sun into the darkness. The motion sensor is super sensitive, so even when no one is around, it still turns on and off to conserve energy. I've noticed that my utility bills haven't increased significantly since installing this light, which is a definite plus. The light itself is sleek and modern, with a shiny metal exterior that looks like it was plucked straight from a commercial setting. The LED floodlight design makes it easy to direct the beam exactly where I need it, into the dark corner of my yard. It's also incredibly weather-resistant, so even when I'm watering my plants or cleaning off the patio, the light stays put.One thing that really surprised me about this product was its ease of setup. I'm not exactly a DIY expert, but setting up this light was like putting together a simple puzzle. The instructions were clear and concise, and everything fit together seamlessly. Plus, it came with a sturdy wall mount that made installation a breeze. As the night falls, my yard transforms into a cozy little oasis. The LED parking lot light casts an ethereal glow over the entire area, making me feel like I'm walking onto a movie set. It's truly magical. And as I stand there admiring the view, I realize that this simple light has become more than just a functional fixture, it's become a part of my home. The darkness that once plagued that corner is now banished by its radiant light.

HYPERLITE LED Light 150W - Motion Sensor Outdoor Flood Security Light — First and foremost this is clearly a heavy duty fixture. Obviously closer to a commercial parking lot light and way more quality than I think you’d ever find in a home improvement store. That said it’s still a modest enough size to work perfectly in a home, residential application. To elaborate on the above, calling this heavy duty, I’m meaning this thing is “All" thick cast aluminum. Big, sturdy, swiveling adjustable mounting arm.. that's again, all aluminum. Just know this thing is solid and ready for outdoor abuse.. awesome build quality with thick aluminum heat dissipating fins across the top and venting gaps made between the light housing and electrical compartment. The dust to dawn and motion sensors: To me the instructions weren’t completely clear but I’ve got it all figured out now and hope to make it a little easier for someone else. First off note.. the instructions are split into two sets, the lower wattage 150/200 and then I believe 300w and higher are different. It should also be noted that on the VIne program I receive a 150w unit while it appears the listing now starts with 200w without the 150w being offered. That said from the instructions it appears they’re identical outside of lamp wattage. I don’t believe the listing says as much but this comes with both a dusk to dawn "Photocell” installed and a motion detection sensor included but shipped loose and needing installation to use. So concerning the sensors… look at my picture that shows both sensors, the larger one in the top of the pic and smaller one at the bottom. The bottom one is the dusk to dawn also referred to as a "photocell” and it comes pre-installed threaded in like a clear plastic plug. If you want it active then you're good to go.. if you don’t want to use it, simply remove it, unplug the wire from the back and thread it back in to plug the hole. The larger sensor at the top of my pic is the motion sensor that's shipped loose. If you want to use it, just remove the plastic terminal protector and replace the pictured plug with the sensor.. no wires, the terminals make contact with the inside once installed. The motion sensor is set up to come on at 100% when sensing motion and after not sensing activity for 1-minute switches down to 20%. It then switches off after a minute at 20% with no movement. As far as wiring, it’s basic as expected, white, black and the third is ground it just matched to the same color wires feeding it. As can be seen in my pics the wire is fed through the mounting arm and then the arm bolted to the fixture. And as mentioned before the arm can be fixed at any angle. Worth mentioning, all the plugs, sensors, brackets and attachments have high quality rubber o-rings sealing them off.As a quick side note, all my shop strip lights are “HYPERLITE” brand and are top notch. I’ve also got a different style outdoor light made by them with the same bullet proof construction. It’s a super nice outdoor fixture and between the build quality and the lamps being LED it should pretty much last forever. Super easy 5-Stars for me.
