UPDATE: Came home last Friday to discover that the vendor had shipped out a replacement fountain. While I’m typically a person who doesn’t mind repairing things rather than letting items go to waste, the damage on the bottom of my previous fountain was clearly a result of a manufacturing defect and warranted replacement. I unboxed the product immediately and set it up, and have the added bonus of being able to continue to use the previous fountains pump and now have a spare on hand for the future. I appreciate the prompt response and the vendors willingness to make matters right. The new fountain has been plugged in for a week and is running smoothly with no early signs of defect.This fountain was great while it worked, it is lovely to look at and makes a nice sound and the added bonus of a light makes it extra special— However, a couple of days ago I got it out for the year, cleaned it up and went to fill up, and water went everywhere. Flipped it over and the entire fiberglass bottom had corroded. Contacted the helpline on the product page and was instructed by the vendor to provide pictures and copies of my receipts. Fast-forward to this morning, I opened my email and to discover that their solution for the issue was to apologise, say that this seldom happens, and tell me they will get back to me with suggestions on how to repair it myself, and asked me to be patient in the interim. At this point The only thing they have going for them is quick response time to emails. I responded and told them that me paying additional money to purchase materials to fix the fountain myself wasn’t my preferred option considering that the fountain hadn’t eked out even a full year of use before this happened. Will update when I hear back. Hopefully they will send a replacement.

Works good so far. Easy set up and they give you an extra LED light. It's very lightweight, looks like ceramic but it's made of some kind of resin. Once it has the amount of water they tell to put in it, it's more stable. My wife likes it a lot, mainly the bubbling water sound, so all in all it's good.

I love this fountain! It’s so pretty and the LED lights make the water fountain look like a flame at night! One of my friends purchased one after she saw mine and another one commented on how beautiful it was! I actually wish it made just a little bit more noise as I’m using it to attract birds and they are attracted to the sounds of moving water. The instructions were not very clear on how to connect all the tubing and electrical cord and the booklet mentions a QR code for further instructions yet the code takes you to a PDF of the book that you already have! I called customer support and left a message and someone called me back the very next day which I was very impressed with! He explained they were changing their booklet and removing the QR code. All in all, it’s a wonderful fountain and worth the money!

Very light but sturdy ! Easy to assemble the pump into the fountain. Works great and it is beautiful on my patio!

I'm really happy that I bought this fountain. It is beautiful and sounds wonderful.When I first set it up, the motor had a very annoying buzzing / humming sound that was louder than the water flow when I was sitting near the unit. To resolve that issue, I inserted a piece of aquarium foam in the bottom of the water well and set the motor on top of the foam. VOILA ... I can barely hear the motor now.Now I just need to zhuzh it up with some plants around it.

I was very surprised at how great this turned out. I was looking for a simple small fountain - and this is it! Very simple set up - plug and play!

This fountains a replacement for one I had from Walmart several yrs ago. It looks just the same. But that's where the similarities stop. This one is made so much cheaper. Very thin ceramic plaster material,almost see through in places. There was a bump on surface that just popped off taking paint color with it. I will need to touch it up if I keep it. The quality of this fountain is very poor. Nice color, comes with small easy to assemble pump. The top piece of plastic that has small lights, just popped right out. Had to push it in.Like they forgot to glue it to fountain.
