Emergency Power Failure Night Lights

These are totally awesome. One disappointment is that I don’t think they are really dusk to dawn. During the day, the lights will still turn on to motion. But I still think they deserve 5 stars. I got the white and am happy with the brightness. I especially like that they can be used as flashlights as needed and will light up if there’s a power outage.

These emergency egress lights are just what I was looking for. They have several settings for the automatic night light: 1. Always on Bright2. Always on Dim but go to full brightness when movement is detected.3. No night light at allThe emergency power failure light is super bright and can also set to flash for helping locate someone.I purchased the six pack not really expecting to use all six, but when I saw how well they work and useful they are I have one in just about every room!Our power hasn't gone out... YET... since I bought them but I feel confident they will provide enough light to find a flashlight!It's also possible to check the power failure feature with our physically unplugging the light. Just lift it out of it's wall charger and the power light immediately lights up!

Functions OK. The only thing I don't like about it is the Dusk to Dawn feature. Typically, the room has to be very bright for the dusk to dawn sensor to work. The rooms are light enough to see very well before the sensor doesn't activate the light, which is a waste of electricity. Strange thing is in our hall bathroom, with no window, the sensor does not activate the light if the light over the tub/shower is on, but it does activate it if the vanity lights are on. The vanity lights are 2 to 3 times brighter than the tub/shower light. If I can find a light that works better, I will send these back, but they are at least OK and the power failure option is the main reason for purchasing.

They work as expected. Bright light that comes on when it senses motion, even from 8-10 feet away. When the room is bright, it senses the light and does not come on. In the hallway where there is no natural light it does come on during the daytime when the light is not necessary. I like the light sits in a cradle so that it can be removed to use as a flashlight without needing to unplug it from the wall. We have owned it for only a week. No long term information on durability and reliability.

Directions for lighting options could be better, but so far these are the neatest little nightlights. They can be set to dim and function like a normal nightlight but will momentarily get brighter when motion is sensed.
