I got these smart bulbs for scone lamps in my 4yo daughter’s room, and we’ve been using them for a little over a month now. I’ve been really happy with them! They were easy to set up, work reliably, and I love being able to control the lights from my phone.My daughter especially loves being able to change the colors.Most importantly, these have saved me so much frustration because we somehow managed to lose both remotes that came with the original scone lamps. We got this and the portable smart button and it has been a game changer. Being able to control everything from my phone means I don’t have to search the house for a missing remote anymore!These were such a fun and practical little upgrade for her room!

My wife was buying those cheap bulbs from that "T" site. Cheap is cheap is cheap. She argues with Alexa all the time because it loses connection to the cheap bulbs.This bulb connected to both Google Home and Alexa quickly and, so far, has been 100% reliable.It's easy to change color and adjust brightness and, unlike the trash from "T", these simply work.

We use Wiz in every light in our home (save a few they don’t make bulb sizes for). We’ve been using Wiz light bulbs for more years than I can remember.Wiz is fantastic. The bulb sizes they offer are vast and we even got them for puck lights after our recent basement remodel. From the couch I can turn on/off, adjust the color or brightness of any light in my home from the basement to the bedrooms. It’s awesome. The app is easy to use, understand and it’s easy to add users to so everyone in the home can control the lights.Competing brands are grossly over priced. These are fairly priced, last a long time and do exactly what you want. I haven’t a had a single bulb go bad since I bought my first bulb years ago. I recommend Wiz to anyone that enters my home and have several friends who have switched completely to Wiz bulbs. Can’t recommend them enough.

These bulbs have worked the best at staying connected to my Google ecosystem. Used cync bulbs but they stopped working. Hue bulbs probably with great but don't work with Google home without a hub for best use. Easy to connect and manage with the wiz app and right into my Google home.

Read reviews about broken bulbs but mine came packaged very carefully- I ordered 3 and they arrived with 2 other things in the box in perfect condition. I ended up ordering 3 more a few days later.I’ve been using WiZ color changing bulbs since 2019. My electric bill went down a lot since then.Just purchased more for 2 rooms in the house that didn’t have them yet.The newer ones can be dimmed to 1% - such as the whites and certain solid colors. The special effects colors like ocean and fireplace for example, still go to 10% which is not a problem.The newer bulbs colors are slightly more intense than the earlier bulbs which isn’t a problem, either.They’re great bulbs. The ones from 2019 still work perfectly since they’re LEDs.They don’t require lots of power and you can see how much is used right in the app.If you have pairing issues, and still have the first app version, it works faster for me. I couldn’t pair them in the WiZ v2 app. But I use Wiz v2 for everything else. I kept the v1 of the Wiz app because it took a while to get used to the newer app when it first came out,These bulbs have so many features as well as brightness settings and special effects. They’re easy to use. You can control them with your voice, using Siri shortcuts, or the app, or you can set two settings per bulb per light fixture and control them by turning on the light once to get one color, and turning on the light, a second time to get another color, for example.Or you can set the same color to the bulb and have the first flick of the switch, bring it on bright and the second flick of the switch, dim it a little bit. It’s really endless what you can do with the app if you give it time to understand how it works. And write in the app there is always somebody there to help you if you have a problem.. it’s actually built into the app, the support .Another option you have is you can set the lights to come on and off at certain times or even have them dim for you, again all within the app. I have certain lights come on every day just before sunset.They also offer circadian rhythms if you like that kind of thing and they can be used outside in the right fixtures. I have one in my front door fixture that is totally enclosed, and it comes on every night at sunset and shuts off in the morning at sunrise…. Of course you have to stay on top of the changing time for sunset and sunrise, but I adjust it every couple of months. It’s so easy to do.Definitely recommend these bulbs. You don’t need a hub to use them. The newer ones work with Apple HomeKit but I’m using the app since the older ones don’t work with it.Also, the newer bulbs, have motion, detection, settings, too. There’s so many things you can do with these bulbs, I can’t recommend them enough.

I was really excited to try this product, and the initial setup went smoothly. The instructions were clear and straightforward, so installation was no problem.The issues started after setup. I tried creating an automated schedule in the app but later changed my mind and updated it—only to find that the lights kept turning on at the same time as before. I’m not sure if that’s a fault of the product or the app, but it was confusing.I turned the lights off and on, then deleted the automation in the app, but the system seemed to get “confused.” At one point, it even changed my light bulb colors unexpectedly. Another frustrating issue was when one bulb in the same fixture would stay connected while the other disconnected, leaving me with an awkward one-light-on/one-light-off situation. I had to get out of bed to turn it off manually.Aside from the automation quirks, the smart connection itself was generally stable. I think a “reset all lights” option in the app—rather than just deleting individual automations—would make a big difference in fixing these problems.Overall, the hardware seems fine, but the app experience needs improvement before I can fully recommend it. My rating would be closer to a high 3 (maybe 3.5) instead of a 4.
