LED Desk Lamp for Home Office

I needed more light for watercolor painting, and I needed a freestanding lamp with a base, not one that clamps to a table. This LitONES desk lamp is the perfect solution. I prefer the medium setting, closer to sunlight, but it’s nice to have the option for warmer or cooler light. And all of the brightness settings give me the flexibility to choose the amount of light I need at the moment, whether it’s a sunny day or a dark night. I don’t mind the small amount of electricity it takes for the lamp to remember my last setting, but I have the option of unplugging it when it’s not in use. This lamp offers good—not great—positioning options, but I found one that work so the lamp swings out of the way when I’m not using it but it’s ready when needed. The controls are clearly marked on the stand and setup was easy. The lamp attaches firmly to the base and the base is heavy enough that there’s no danger of tipping. Even with one small complaint I would definitely buy this again as none of the other lamps I looked at offered the same variety of settings in an attractive lamp.

For years I had a long swing arm type dimmable halogen lamp that I loved. The dimmer recently died so I had to replace the lamp. After looking at reviews etc. I chose LED this one and I've been very pleased. It's simple design looks clean will fit with any desktop The lamp is plenty bright for reading and the different colors of white light are nice to have for your differing moods. I have a large L-shaped corner desk and I've found the arm to be tall enough and long enough so when the lamp is placed in the inside corner of my desk I can rotate it to use over either part of the L of my desk. This is VERY handy! About the only thing I would wish for is that this model could come with a remote control to eliminate reaching across the desk to turn on/off and control the lamp.

It’s always fun to order from Amazon and get something that’s even better than you imagined. I was pleased from the moment I picked up the well constructed manufacture’s mailing box from my porch. Inside thick precisely cut foam covered the pieces of the lamp, and helped to ensure the lamp arriving in perfect condition. It was easy to put together and literally took less than a minute. It is a great work surface lamp and all of the features mentioned on Amazon were easily assessable and enhance the purpose of the lamp. I liked the heaviness of the base, the adjustable arm, and the brightness options. Its modern design and clear cut features make it pleasant to look at, and it doesn’t take up too much space. It’s great for detail work, and you can tell the designers put careful thought into function and user satisfaction. I love it, it’s exactly what I needed, and is definitely worth the money!

This lamp is perfect for my office space and has many great features such as the tap function to turn on and the ability to dim and adjust it as needed. I initially had issues getting it to turn on in the morning so I reached out to customer service. Not only were they very responsive, but they were kind and very helpful. I was able to resolve the issue and everything works great!

easy to assemble, feels solid, varying color temperature and intensity makes this useful for a variety of functions. Most of the time it just lights my desk, but when I get on a video call, I can set the light to warm, rotate the light toward me, and see a professional-looking image. it’s nice and tall, and flexible, so I can reach everywhere I need to. I haven’t really used the timer feature, but I’m sure that’s cool for the people who need it. The base is nice and heavy, but very thin so it standstill and never seems ready to tip.

I knocked over my cute but unstable 'desk lamp' once again, and decided it was time. I did very little research, but chose this because it was the tallest of what I saw after my cursory search. I love this lamp!! The tall part was important as I can place it in front of, but above, my dual monitors, so I don't have to dip my head to see under it. It is flexible in so many ways! The platform is heavy enough to insure stability even when it is cantilevered past the desk edge. The shades of light available make it easy to see under various conditions.It comes from Germany, where they know their lighting, and its quality is easily apparent. Amazingly, it does not show a lot of dust or fingerprints. It's unobtrusive and looks smart. How often can you find absolutely no fault with a purchase? This is that baby!

Excellent lighting and adjustability! This is exactly what I needed for my hobby space.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Pros:- Adjustable brightness and color temperature make it easy to get the perfect light wether it's bright out or not. I do use a floor lamp as my main light source, and then this on my desk to focus on what I'm working on.- Great for detailed work like paint-by-numbers and helps with reducing eye strain from an overhead light.- Does not heat up, even after hours of use.- Sleek, modern design looks great on my desk.Cons:- Only wish the base had a built-in phone charging port and that would make it perfect to the point where I would buy this for everyone who has a home office.- Adjusting the angle of the rods does make it tilt just a tad. It should've been sturdier for the price.

First of all, I really appreciate a desk lamp that can simulate the warm glow of an incandescent lamp (this is 3k, not 2.7k which is close enough for me). The harsh white/blue colors of many LED lamps don't do it for me but if that is what you want, you can get that here too! In addition, I think it is nice to have a consistent light color throughout the entire house and the warm color is consistent with the rest of my home.I also really appreciate that I can turn it on/off and have it come back on at the LAST SETTINGS that I had previously!! I don't have to re-set my preference every time I turn on the lamp which is not uncommon (I have other lamps that I have to press the button 3-4+ times to get it to the intensity and/or color that I want every time I turn it on). Once you set your preference, it remembers it!It is somewhat of a minimalist design, just enough equipment to do what it needs to do. The black color matches the other things on my desktop. It does have quite a lot of brightness levels which I also appreciate.I find the height to be about right. If it is too tall, it can get in the way, and if it is too short, it may not be flexible enough for enough circumstances. I have my lamp behind the computer monitor, but then position the light over and towards the desktop in front of my screen. I can then reach underneath or around the monitor quite easily to turn the light on/off.Overall good value and nice, thoughtful, functionality.
