It’s is really really really heavy. You’re really asking a lot of your ceiling box to hold this. You must first verify you have a box completely secured into place. The other thing is this light is not only retro, it’s super retro. It has black metal chains and is made of metal. Whatever you do you do not want to be under it. And lastly it does not take regular bulbs but there very tiny bulbs giving it even more limited use. I would not recommend unless you really understand what you’re getting and you really need this look
