I love the options available on the remote for color and actions. Also a nice feature is a timer on the remote to turn them on and off automatically. Long string of lights from r a great price.

We are doing a play for St. Nick and I added these lights to the stage for ambience. When different things happen I can change the colors to reflect what was taking place.

Edited: Okay so it took sometime to figure it out how to turn these on. Following the instructions was unsuccessful but YouTube helped set it all up. We purchased two sets of 2 48ft (192ft total) and that was the perfect length. The cord is decent quality and thick but the lights are very cheap plastic. It’s not very bright and the colors on the remote definitely don’t match what you see. The yellow is “orange” and the “white” is blue. They are more for decor purpose because they don’t light up anything.

The remote is exactly like several other light changing products on the market. Easy to use but not programable in the way that it described. For example, I can't pick orange/purple/green in every other light for Halloween. I can use their preprogrammed features only.The got a total of 4 strings. We couldn't get any of the strings to use the remote consistnatly when all plugged together. We messaged the company (they only respond on over-seas business hours) to help get the same color/function on all strings and they responded that was not possible. On our own, we finally figured out that you have to take the sensor off of all the subsequent strings to get it to work.And finally, everything is up, colors look great, durability seems great. . .but the amount of light that comes off of 4 strings is nowhere near what we would have expected. So do not buy these if you are using them for "playing games under the stars" as they are only suitable for "having some drinks by a campfire" level of light.
