This light is a beautiful addition that works in a variety of decors. The black finish is an elegant and modern look that is in right now. However because of the height, it doesn’t work well in 8ft ceilings unless it’s hung over a table. There is virtually no assembly unlike others on the market. Installation is fairly straightforward. At the time of my review, this was listed at $128. This is a lovely light fixture and I’m glad I ordered it. Definitely recommend!

Would I buy this if I had to? No, just because I don’t like gold. I selected this because I liked the lines and thought I might be able to handle the gold. Have decided that gold is really not for me. The shades are nice and it was easy to assemble and install. This light is good quality and can definitely make the room look better especially if you like gold. This light fixture is in style and the lines add extra sophistication to the room. I would say it’s comparably priced to other lights of similar types.
