I gave this fountain 5 stars for 2 reasons:1. It's light weight, easy to assemble and looks amazing on my patio.2. After first assembly, I found the base bowl had a hairline crack around the support ring that was barely discernable. I contacted customer service for the company and was contacted by them within 2 hours after I posted a replacement request. They were very helpful and said they would send a replacement bowl out asap. I didn't hear from them again and figured it wasn't going to happen. Today I received the replacement and my relief at dealing with a reputable company is at 10 stars. I definitely will go back and see what else they have available, knowing I will be treated with respect and honesty.

Well built. Good weight. Not difficult to assemble. I like that the water reservoir is inside under the bird bath bowl because it defers the sun evaporating the water everyday. I typically replenish the water every other day or two. Easy to clean the reservoir from debris. I would recommend using a small hand held sifter or screen to make it easier to get any leaves or debris out of the reservoir. The light is a nice touch. I would recommend.

Product was great when I first got it. Very nice looking and worked great got lots of compliments on it. The pump went shortly after purchased and I went on site to get new one. They want numbers off the box which I no longer have. And I have sent emails to get assistance on new pump with no response. Very sad I wasn’t able to use for at least one summer. I was so excited to get this fountain too but it sucks I haven’t gotten some feedback after reaching out.

Overall, I’m happy with it, except for the battery storage, which is why I knocked off one star. Assembly was quick and easy, and it feels well-made and works as it should. The birds seem to love it. The only issue is the battery storage—or lack thereof. Even after 8-10 hours of strong southern sun, the fountain stops almost immediately when a cloud passes or the sun goes down. I would recommend it to others but understanding the storage situation.

I love that the solar panel is separate. We placed it up high. This fountain works very well. The water sounds and flows into the night. The birds love it and are constantly leaving their treats in the water. (something that has to be cleaned up but that's what it's there for)It looks amazing. I have had many different fountains and I'm glad I got this one.

I am in love with this solar fountain/birdbath! In fact I just ordered a second one. It was easy to put together, about 5 minutes. The color is great and it matches everything. The birds love it , too. It runs like a dream and the sound is just right . I think I need another one. Seriously..I fully recommend this fountain.
