Nice and bright. However, to make this rear-facing and still flush (so the ring doesn’t show up in 0.5x zoom in the rear camera) you do need an Allen wrench that isn’t included. Furthermore, the mount is a little unstable when flipped around like this. Magnet is quite strong and the phone is held on very securely, though the entire arm is wobbly.

The ring light is bright and flexible. It can be positioned in various positions for great content photos and videos. The mag mount is great and the phone adheres really well to the mount. The light is powered by a USB connection. It has no power block included. For most users I do not believe this will be an issue. The arm and clamp are stable and easy to use. I had a project that a flat base or tripod would have been beneficial, but overall the clamp has worked out well for me. The remote is included to change the light and brightness settings. The unit was easy to assemble and was operational in minutes.

I ordered this to replace my current desk mounted ring light simply because my previous one (which is identical in pretty much every other way) uses a clamp mechanism to hold the phone and this one is a ring magnet. It is absolutely worth it to have the ring magnet on it! I don't have to mess with trying to get it in the tight clamp and I don't have to take it out of the case for it to fit. With this light, the ring magnet is strong enough to securely hold my phone with the case on and it makes it so easy to quickly adjust the angle, or grab my phone quickly to change a setting and then get it back on the magnet so easily. the clamp that attaches the light to the desk is fully adjustable to different widths of tabletops/desk, and the hinged arm and light make getting the light to hit just the right way effortless. The light itself has a USB cord and a little control panel where you can cycle through different types of light as well as adjust the brightness. I'm absolutely thrilled with this ring light and definitely highly recommend!

I happen to do quite a bit with social media and this item is a life saver. It’s an articulating arm with a built in light and mag safe phone holder. You can change the temperature/color of the light, along with the brightness, and it has a remote control to wirelessly operate the phone which is included. This device allows you to get the best angle and lighting for the perfect shot. It articulates from left to right, has height adjustments, and various angles. It’s very easy to use, highly functional, and reasonably priced. Give it a try!P.S. - my only complaint, it doesn’t include a charging/power brick. You’ll need to source that on your own, pay attention to voltage and amperage.

This overhead cantilever light-ring phone camera mount, from Evershop here on Amazon, is very useful for taking pictures & videos of whatever you are working on. Easy to assemble & set up. Also comes with a remote to activate the camera on your phone - you have to pair the remote to your phone. The remote already has a CR2032 watch battery in it & is therefore ready to use. Of course, this is excellent for selfie pix & selfie vlogging using your phone's front-facing camera. The one gotcha for this light-ring phone camera mount is if you are NOT doing selfies & if you have like a large iPhone Pro Max or other similarly large android phone using your phone's main camera, then that main camera on your phone may catch part of the light ring in a corner of the picture or video while in portrait mode because you are NOT doing a selfie with your phone's front-facing camera BUT you are instead using your phone's main camera with the light ring in front of it. Therefore turn the phone to horizontal mode & adjust the light-ring mount to not have the main camera picture/video at an angle. This will not be an issue if you are doing a selfie picture or selfie vlog because you would have your phone positioned differently in this mount where light-ring is not in front of your phone's front-facing selfie camera. This ring light is fantastic for content creation, video calls, or even just better desk lighting.
