Except for the fact that you can’t dim them down very ,Ich and the CI is not so good (on paper) I can’t really find any flaw and the better price compared to the regular Hue bulbs is much appreciated.

I've been using Hue for about a decade now. I love them.I placed them strategically around my house to routinely come on at needed times, like the night lights in my TV room to come on at bedtime so I'd have a soft light to see my way through turning off the TV and making my way upstairs. Also, my driveway and porch lights could come on at sunset every night and go off at sunrise.I can control them from my phone, even when I'm out of the country. I was envious when they came out with the colored ones and thought I'd replace mine with those when mine burned out ... but they never did! ha haThey lasted the whole time despite daily use.I just moved, so I finally got my colored lights. I'm having so much fun programing them with the colors for my moods. They are easy to use even though I don't consider myself very technologically savvy.
