These bulbs are so neat! Look perfect in my Edison lamp. I love that look. The amber keeps glare from taking over. Price was good. Will buy again.

I’ve been running on about 5 hours of sleep and always feel tired and no energy. I know it’s because of my crappy habit: wake up checking my phone, in front of a screen all day for work, and the rest of the time I’m on my phone, watching shows on the tablet or TV, or just scrolling. We already have several smart LED bulbs and lamps from that popular brand around the house that work with Alexa and app. The mood lighting and music sync is cool and all, but it wasn’t helping my sleep. My husband suggested we switch our bedside lamp to a real incandescent bulb. I’d never actually used one before, even though the design has been around forever. I’d read that the flicker in LEDs can strain your eyes, affects sleep, and even increases anxiety levels.Switching our lighting has made a noticeable difference in how my eyes feel at night. The light is warmer and softer, great for winding down and helping with my sleep hygiene instead of just doom-scrolling under bright LED light and my phone screen. The bulb itself seems well made and easy to use and should last a long time, but there’s also a lot of visible smudging. If you prefer your bulb exposed, you’d have to clean it with a microfiber towel or something.

Very pleasant, warm, kind of dim bulbVery pleasant, warm, kind of dim bulb

Perfectly fine for what it is, which is a very warm, not very bright, incandescent bulb. The low brightness for the power usage comes with the territory for incandescent lights. Mostly what using this bulb made me realize though is how good LED limitations of this have become. LED imitations that use a fifth of the power. There are people who swear incandescent light quality is better, and it is in some ways, like better CRI (color reproduction) but you'll never use a bulb this dim or this warm for color accurate photos anyway. This is for mood lighting, and its light is very pleasant. It's so warm it's like candle light. But you can get very similar lighting from an LED that lasts a lot longer and uses way less power. I'd probably just do that.

This product is for a pair of attractive incandescent Edison-style bulbs. They feature an amber haze on the glass to give the color. At 40W, they are not the brightest bulb, but are instead used where style prevails over utilitarian task lighting. Don’t expect a bright light out of these, but rather a warm cozy vibe for a bedroom or den for example. Instead of a single box with multiple bulbs inside, they come individually wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed separately. The advantage being that if you don’t use all of them at once, they have less chance of breakage in storage and take up less room than a bigger box. Overall, these are attractive bulbs and I’m glad I ordered them. Definitely recommend.

Old world vintage charm for a great price!Old world vintage charm for a great price!

These are really awesome looking bulbs! I absolutely love the vintage, old world, industrial look of just about anything & these bulbs deliver just that! Their base fits standard size lamp & light fixtures but since the bulbs themselves are larger, they do not fit under traditional sized lampshades. But honestly, they are so cool looking, you will not what to hide them under a shade anyway. The glass of each bulb has an amber tint which adds to their old world charm, even when they're not turned on. And the fact that you get 2 bulbs for the price of what 1 bulb would cost at Lowe's or Home Depot, they're definately a great bargain. If you're wanting to add some soft, vintage industrial charm to your space, I highly recommend these to do just that!

Beautiful Warm Light and Built to Last

[Color: Amber 40w, Number of Items: 2]
I’m a huge fan of Edison-style bulbs, and these particular bulbs are excellent. They produce a classic warm amber glow that instantly makes a room feel cozy and inviting. The 2200K color temperature gives off a soft, vintage-style light that works perfectly for lamps, accent lighting, and spaces where you want atmosphere rather than harsh brightness. The hand-wound filament design looks fantastic too. Even when the lights are off, the bulb itself has that decorative, old-school look that adds character to a room. When on, it creates that warm, slightly nostalgic lighting that a lot of modern LED bulbs just can’t replicate.I’ll admit I have a bit of a personal crusade when it comes to these types of bulbs. I’m convinced “big lightbulb” hates them because they last forever. I’ve had Edison-style bulbs last well over 15 years and still going strong, which is pretty incredible compared to some modern bulbs that seem to fail way sooner than they should. Even those new LED bulbs dim after a couple years. In fact, I’ve converted my fiancée to these as well, and now they’re almost all we use around the house. Once you get used to the warm, natural look of this kind of lighting, it’s hard to go back to the colder, more clinical feel of standard bulbs, even the "warm" light bulbs.Overall, these are reliable bulbs that give off a fantastic warm glow and bring a lot of character to a space. If you like vintage lighting and cozy ambiance, these are a great choice.

Nice-looking but way too expensive for a basic incandescent Edison bulbNice-looking but way too e...

At $6.00 this decorative Edison incandescent bulb has a premium price tag that doesn't match its generic nature from an unknown maker with no apparent warranty. For that money, a branded LED would make more sense than this standard incandescent. It provides the expected light output and size for accent or vintage-style use—functional but not standout. Build quality starts off mostly okay after setup. One downside is the glass coming pre-smudged and picking up fingerprints right away, unlike name-brand bulbs that stay cleaner. Overall, it's overpriced for what's essentially the same generic item rebranded across many Amazon listings, so it gets 3 stars from me.

I know LEDs have their place, and I use them plenty around the house, but there’s just nothing like a true incandescent bulb when you want a fixture to sing. This ST64 Edison bulb is everything I hoped for — warm, rich, and beautifully atmospheric.Warm Amber Glow That Feels Like MagicThe 2200K color is that perfect vintage amber tone: cozy, flattering, and instantly mood‑setting. In my new ceiling fixture, it doesn’t just light the room — it transforms it. The hand‑wound filament gives it that classic Edison look that LEDs still haven’t quite mastered.Dimmable, Smooth, and Easy on the EyesIt dims cleanly with no flicker or harshness, which is exactly what I want from a bulb like this. The light quality is soft and inviting, not the cold or overly bright feel you sometimes get with modern bulbs.Fits Standard Sockets, No FussThe E26/E27 base makes installation simple. Just screw it in and enjoy. It feels well‑made, and the amber glass has a lovely vintage tint without looking gimmicky.Perfect for Statement FixturesThis is the kind of bulb you buy because you want it to be seen. Chandeliers, pendants, exposed-bulb fixtures — it elevates all of them. For me, it was the finishing touch that made my new ceiling light feel complete.Bottom LineIf you love the warmth and character of real incandescent light, this bulb delivers. It’s beautiful, atmospheric, and exactly what a signature fixture deserves.
