This socket works great with my 24/7 outside camera. The installation is quick and easy it did fit in my fixture but the cable to the plug didn't but I was able to fit it where it wouldn't look too obvious. The material was great and solid for the price.

Works great on my outdoor light without a cover. The one with a cover it was alittle tight and light bulb extended beyond the glass cover, other than that they work great.

Works fine but if installing inside an enclosure, be sure it has enough space to accept the extra wire sticking out while screwing this in.

Not very satisfying design. There are better products that serve my purpose. However, it works ok, but I was not completely happy with the dangling cord on the side of light fixture for the area I had plan to use in. Probably should have sent it back, but i decided keep for possible use in the future.

These are fantastic for holiday decorating and if you don't have electrical outlets on your outside walls. I don't have outside outlets on the one side of our house by our shed, but we do have two light fixtures. I use these when I'm in need of an outlet for holiday lights, string lights, or need to plug in electrical equipment on that side of the house. Super sturdy and convenient.If you have a light ficture that has a glass casing that is small, this may not fit, but I took off our globe and used this during Christmas.
