I almost returned these bulbs because I couldn’t get them to connect. Every time I tried setting them up, I got an error.After some troubleshooting, I realized the issue wasn’t the bulbs, it was my Wi-Fi. These bulbs require a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. My router was only showing my regular network, so I went into my router settings and enabled a separate 2.4 GHz network (it now appears with “2.4GHz” at the end of the name).When I set up the bulbs in the Alexa app, I selected the new 2.4 GHz network for the bulbs to connect to. I didn’t have to change the Wi-Fi my phone was connected to. As soon as I chose the 2.4 GHz network for the bulbs, they connected immediately and have worked perfectly ever since.If you’re getting connection errors during setup, make sure your router has a 2.4 GHz network available and select that network for the bulbs in the Alexa app. Hopefully this saves someone else the frustration I went through!

Bright and setup with alexa is a breeze but be sure to not throw away the paper containing QR code otherwise its a hassle

I love the look. Easy to install and pair with Alexa. No issues so far. [My previous bulbs were Sengled Bluetooth mesh and are getting very "glitchy"] Very wide range of whites to choose from.

So far so good! Great not having to go thru 3rd party app to control - just wish they came in a higher wattage equivalent (75w). Had to get used to adding routines to the Alexa app vs schedules in other apps, but think i have it figured out. They are bright but the fixtures i have them in have linen colored shades so that dampens things & i keep the color at warm white - cant stand daylight, cool white or sunlight - looks too office/medical environment vs home. Easy to install & connect to my home network & Alexa. Learned real quick to install first in a regular fixture for setup vs one with a 3 way switch like a lamp. They save me money because now i can free up smart plugs that used to control these fixtures for other projects. Working out well so far & will see if they turn off/on as scheduled over the next couple of days..
