As soon as I opened the box, I said, “OMG, these are so beautiful!” That is because these alabaster sconces are so regal and elegant in appearance. Although, they are not “vintage” as these are brand new. But they are rather vintage inspired.Their alabaster shades are well crafted and look simply stunning. One look at these and one can tell that these were crafted of natural materials and not made to look like they were. These are the real deal. Plus, they are naturally weighty because of their material consistency.The long and linear brass compliments the look of the sconce and is a beautiful color.As far as installation is concerned, I have an electrician who does most of my installations, the process went straightforward and did not take an excessive amount of time. But I would like to emphasize that he did account for the weight of each sconce and reinforced that area accordingly to make sure they would stay securely in place.Overall, the sconces have a commanding presence to them. They look good from a distance or up close, literally at every angle. Plus, they emanate such a beautiful warm glow, and the quality is superb and well worth the price. Because these vintage inspired stunning sconces are classic investment pieces in fine lighting that seem built to last.

These are so elegant! They look ancient and modern all at the same time. I love the gold finish and the “Egyptian temple torch” vibe these give off. Yet they also compliment many other aesthetics. The alabaster marble is thick and beautifully carved. The outside surface, and half the inside surface, is polished. The bottom of the inside surface is left raw stone. As it is natural stone, there are natural defects in it. This adds to the visual appeal and aesthetic of the sconces. Mine arrived with a crack around nearly the full circumference of one of the sconces. While it is visible from the outside, it does not go all the way through the stone. There seems to have been some sort of glue injected into it on the inside to stabilize it. It matches the stone well and almost has a transparent, sparkly quality to it, like liquid quartz. I’m glad steps were taken to stabilize the natural crack, before it became an actual problem. I absolutely love the look of these!I plan to add an update if anything significantly changes for this item. Until then, it’s safe to assume everything is still consistent with this review.

These scones come in a set of 2 and are absolutely beautiful! They are heavy duty and made of real marble. The light off of these scones are warm white glow and soft. I like how they make my master bedroom look and feel. I feel super cozy and relax when I have the on in my room while I relax and read a book in my chase sofa. The gold color touch on these make them look super elegant and high end . They are very well made. Installation was easy but I do recommend getting a better mounting hardware. The ine it comes with is decent but since these are heavy I decided to purchase better ones to avoid any accidents since they were installed on each side of the bed. Aside from that everything else you need to install them is already included. Overall, I'm obsessed with these scones and definitely recommend them.

The alabaster shades are real stone, not plastic pretending to be fancy, and they give off a soft, warm glow that makes my hallway look like it belongs in a magazine. The brushed brass finish is elegant without being gaudy, which is a fine line many lighting companies love to trip over. Quality-wise, they feel solid and heavy, so don’t expect to hang them with the same effort as a picture frame.Installation was straightforward, but not exactly a one-handed job. The mounting hardware is decent, though the screws could have been a little sturdier, because nothing says “fun” like stripping a screw (I replaced them with heavier duty screws just in case that I use on my wall test bench for lights) while holding 10 pounds of marble against the wall. Once they’re up, though, they sit flush and look like they were custom built for the space. Just make sure you measure carefully, because these are long fixtures and will dominate a smaller wall.The light output is more mood than flood, which is perfect for bathrooms, bedrooms, or anywhere you don’t want interrogation-room vibes. They take standard bulbs, which is a blessing, and they look far more expensive than they actually are. If you’re after a mix of vintage charm and modern polish, these hit the sweet spot. :D
