Just received today and like the height and look of the fountain. It did not come with the pump, electrical cord or instructions for set up and connection. Also, a lot of Styrofoam that gets everywhere. May be returning.

I really love the look of this fountain, but there are a couple potential issues to point out after testing, before spending the money. First of all, with me experiencing snow and freezing temps right now, I set this up for testing in my garage. Plugging in the pump and lights was very easy and the large opening in the back of the fountain allows your hands plenty of room to work with. One potential issue to think about here. The pump connects both the water line and the lights. This is a nice, single point simple to install system. But it is also a single point of failure too! In my experience with fountains, a fountain pump for me has never lasted more than one or maybe two years. When this pump does fail, finding one with the correct light connectors may be more harder to find. I think the lights should be on a separate connection. Also, you would have the ability to shut the lights off at night so bugs would not be attracted to the water.The fountain did come with an extra LED light, however, I really wished they put a light in the very top pool, in my opinion.Once filled with water, I started the pump. I ran inside the house to grab my phone for pictures. When I came out, the middle waterfall was sending water not straight down, but over the edge of the last pool onto my garage floor. The problem lies in the little attached filter on the middle waterfall. The filter material reminds me of the same material those scrub daddy kitchen sponges are made out of. The feel hard to the touch until they get wet and soften up after a while. I squeezed the attached filter a few times to soften it up and then the waterfall was dumping into the last pool fine like it should. However, I realized this filter is permanently attached. There really isn't any way to take that filter out and clean it properly. They should have put a removable filter in the last pool to filter the water before draining into the main basin before getting pumped back to the top.I know they also advertise that this can be used indoors, but if that filter gets clogged with something and you're not around, you're going to have a wet floor. Also the sound of the waterfall into each pool is loud, so probably not really for indoor use in my opinion.Overall, it is truly a very nice looking fountain. However, at this price point and size, I expect top quality all the way around and easy to replace parts that are available at any hardware store when needed repairs do arise. I know all resin style fountains have a limited life, especially outdoors in direct sunlight, but when I look to order a fountain for my covered front porch, I'm looking for something to last several years. Because of the above, I'm on the fence about recommending this fountain.

This water fountain I got as a replacement for one I had for a year, and this one is better. It appears better built and not so susceptible to clogging and just generally more visually appealing. The lights are really cool when it's out on the patio in the evening. The sound of tumbling water is just so pleasant. I can sit out there at any time, day or night, and just listen to it. It's certainly not cheap, at over $300, but I don't think you can find many items like this for much less, so really make sure this is something you want. 5 stars

This well made fountain is surprisingly light and easy to set up in the garden alone, though the warm glow lighting is not quite bright enough to illuminate the entire unit after sunset. my mom thinks its very pretty. lights arent that color they are more white toned. the water cascades over and is somewhat loud for indoor use. pump is smaller and has a dial for more or less. even on the less function its still a pretty powerful and fast stream. the bottom basin is where the tub filling sound takes place even when filled up over the intake hole its still sounds too loud and not as tranquil water from pump needs to be way slower and needs to have more paths. theres huge rectangular gaps in each tier its weird. overall i liked how this one has one cord both lights attach to the pump and all get power that way so negative or positive lights are always on when fountain is on. also its way lighter like a dusty gray white in person. not like the shade of gray you see in the photos. but very easy to install pump inside. cable is like 4 or 5 feet.with half a foot less when pump inside and latch closed the bend takes away from some of that overall length so be mindful. you may need an extension cord regardless of indoor or outdoor to get it in that perfect spot. overall it runs smooth. and is much quieter than some other fountains.
