Our dog went blind but can see some light and dark. She struggled with going up and down stairs at night. We put the Volisun lights on our deck stairs and the light the way for her at night. They stay bright at night and look nice. They have held up well to some pretty torrential rain storms. We will see how they survive the winter snows.

These lights are great! They light up the deck steps very nicely and don't take up much room.

These lights are pretty nice, I like that they are compact and and stay out of the way. They give out just enough light to keep dark stairs easily navigable. The only downside is with the provided adhesive, it didn't hold up too well. You're best bet is to use the screws to secure these lights or go buy some heavy duty double sided tape.

We live in the country with no street lights and get package deliveries at times in the dark.So far these lights have been great and were perfect for the dark steps. I will be using the screws to secure them in place, but they are nicely tucked in on the sides out of the way. I was really surprised that in two torrential rainstorms with tornado winds this week in Northern, IL (that blew over two huge trees on our property) they all stayed in place. The pouring rains didn’t affect performance, so they are water tight.They have long run time into the early morning hours, even charging on cloudy days.I hope they last a good long while, as so far they have been great.

These lights are great. The only problem is that they seem to require longer period of sunlight than advertised, or work much less time than advertised. When they’re on, they’re beautiful. But, they seem to stop working about 10pm during our shorter sunlight days. And, sometimes, they will slowly burn out one by one starting at about 9pm (ONLY 3 or so hours after sunset). We have had perfectly sunny days (no clouds or rain) since I’ve installed them and they don’t seem to be too incredibly reliable.What is odd though, is I can usually get them to come back on by pressing the side button to turn them off, then pressing it again to turn it on. Then they seem to work for a while longer through the night.They’re amazing when they work. Maybe my front steps just do not get enough direct sunlight? My steps do face east though…The double sided tape provided seemed to attach them very well to my wood steps and I am not concerned that they will fall off through the weather. The fit is also perfect and they are hard to actually even notice in the corner of each step.
