It works incredibly well! Ever since I started using it, I’ve felt a noticeable boost in my productivity. The difference is significant especially during long work-from-home days where comfort and focus really matter.I love how it is easy to adjust the colour tone and brightness. Just yes, in so many ways.In general, I’m extremely picky with my light sources, very sensitive to flicker, CRI, uneven lighting, etc. Having just stumbled on this while looking for a lamp for my craft area, I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but I like it enough that I immediately moved it from the craft area to my primary workspace.The output is super bright but not harsh thanks to the diffusion.It lights up a very large area, much better than any light with a standard-sized/shaped bulb.The light color is really good — CRI >95 is pretty much the most sun-accurate LED you can get. No flicker to boot. Feels like a skylight.Brightest can match/“enhance” the sun coming from the window during the day, and it gets dim enough to be almost off, which is weirdly hard to find in LEDs these days.The stepless adjustment knob remote is very satisfying and makes up for the buttons on the light itself (not bad, just average).The build feels very high-quality — smooth joint movement, heavy & stable base but still portable enough to move around, and very versatile positioning*.*The only improvement I can think of would be 360° rotation of the top joint so the light could be flipped upside down and used as bounce lighting in the other direction for certain applications and more lighting flexibility in general.I ordered black first, but just placed an order for the white one to better match my office. That said, the former looks good enough that I’m not sure yet which I’ll keep.I also just noticed the 36-month(?!) warranty in the product description. That’s insanely good, suggests that the company really cares about this product, and gives me more peace of mind about the cost.Highly recommend. Idk what witchcraft tech is used to make this lamp so good, but it really is, at least in the first few days of use. Will update review if anything goes sideways, but yes, wow, so far SO good :)

I've been looking for a desk lamp that works to illuminate my entire desk area without the harsh lighting overhead that affected my eyes. This lamp works perfectly. The light is diffused and evenly distributed, its adjustable to where you can turn it away from your eyes. It also helps with litghting dark areas behind your screen, another great benefit for your eyes. The remote is an added bonus, the brightness and temperature are controlled using the same dial, the temp requires a press then rotating the dial, which can be a bit tricky to do, because pressing down also turns it off and on. I would have like to see a dedicated dail or button for that feature. Overall a great product.

I purchased this for my wife for her video conference meetings so that she has no shadows or glare. She loves it! She can set the light directly above her and set the color and brightness to her liking. I also found it works well for puzzling. I will be purchasing another one soon.

I’ve been genuinely impressed with the LitONES H02 Desk Lamp overall. The design feels sleek, modern, and elevated, making it a great addition to my desk setup without looking bulky or overly industrial. It delivers excellent lighting versatility, with a wide range of brightness levels and color temperature options that make it easy to customize for work, reading, or more relaxed ambient lighting. The remote control functionality is a standout feature, especially the knob-style controller, which makes adjusting settings intuitive and convenient without constantly reaching for the lamp itself.From both a functional and aesthetic standpoint, this lamp punches above its price point. It feels thoughtfully designed, provides strong illumination, and adds a polished look to my workspace. My main area of opportunity would be the battery cover on the knob remote, which can be a little frustrating. It takes some effort to lock securely, and during regular use when adjusting brightness or color, the cover tends to loosen and occasionally fall off. While this doesn’t overshadow the lamp’s overall performance, it’s one detail that could definitely be improved. That said, I’m still very happy with this purchase and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, functional desk lamp.

This is a nice light, great as a general desk lamp or ring light, but I wish I had read the product listing a little closer before I bought the one with the weighted base.I figured the movement would be the same as the clamping version but I was very wrong. Nothing on this version swivels except for the LED panel. If you need to move the light around to see things on your desk while you work on them, it will be a pain in the rear because the only real movement axis of the arm is straight up or down without moving the entire lamp. This version is clearly not meant to be moved around much.I am bummed because I really like the puck remote and the functionality of the LED panel but I really need to be able to reposition it easily for my needs. The clamping version has too short of a reach to be useful on my desk, which is why I opted for the weighted base.I am changing my review from 3 stars to 4 because I don't want to punish the manufacturer for not meeting my assumptions. However, the fact that it does not swivel at the base is still a design flaw that I feel should be addressed in future models.

LOVE THIS DUAL LIGHTING LAMP! I love that it emits light from both the top and bottom. It was super easy to put together - just one screw into the base, and the remote came with batteries included. I like that the lighting is super easy to adjust with the desk-mounted (or not mounted, your choice) remote control. This is a great lamp for the price. The touch controls on the remote are super easy to use and there are instructions right on top of the remote. The quality is great - super sturdy. Great functionality.
