They roll onto the wire and claps with Velcro attachments.They actually turned out very interesting!!!They are a Very nice and stylish product at night to enhance your room. 👌✨💫

Very attractive and classy looking lamp for the price. I changed the color theme of my bedroom to black and gold, and this lamp fit the decor perfectly. Some people wrote reviews about assembly. You do not need a degree from MIT to put this together. It's not complicated people. It took me four minutes, and that included the time I took to remove it from the box. Yes...the lamp shade has to be un-rolled and it gets closed using velcro. Unlike what one person wrote, that is not a big deal. Many lamp companies are delivering their lamp shades that way. It saves them space when shipping. When the lamp is put together, you can not tell that it was velcroed together. So that is a silly comment to include in a review, if the lamp looks great. Lastly, I read so many reviews about people stating that an item arrived and it was smaller than they expected. Most items on Amazon show measurements with a picture graphic. Maybe try actually reading the dimensions on the picture graphic and using something known as a tape measure BEFORE making the purchase. Again...common sense. The gold inner foil inside the shade creates a warm glow. Really good purchase.

The black and gold design looks very classy and expensive in person. Great quality for the price and definitely worth buying!
