I ordered these pendant lights to use in the kitchen of my new house. The room has a strawberries theme so I wanted a light with a more novelty look to it.These lights arrived extremely well packaged in a box with all required hardware included. The box also had installation instructions and was fairly straightforward as far as getting them where we wanted them to be.The lights themselves appear to be made of high-quality material and have sturdy construction. The metal is a bold brassy color and the glass is a deep red. The glass is fairly thick and I’m not afraid of it breaking from normal use.When illuminated these lights do have a strong red look to them that may not be ideal for all decorating situations.

Some upgrades you expect to notice… and then there are the ones that make you stop mid-step and go “okay wait, why does this look that good?” These look amazing at different times of day too when the light reflects in they always look great.I’ll start with this: I didn’t think pendant lights could bring personality into a room, but these proved me wrong real quick. Purchased this to hang in the entryway of my home. I realize this is not the intended use because of its size, but I wasn’t looking for a large lighting fixture. Since it is replacing a hanging lamp that already exists, wiring was a breeze and I was able to reuse the mounts from the previous light. Thinking in retrospect I would like it better if it was all black and not gold. However, it does the job much better than the light that was there (which was gold). The white globe is glass, which is very thin. Be careful when you’re installing it because it would not survive being dropped. I could easily see mounting two or three of these over a kitchen island. The price is good, it looks great, and throws a good quantity of light evenly in the entryway. I could make it brighter if I put a brighter bulb in it, but that’s not what I was looking for. Very happy.
