I made this repair easily, the quality is fine but maybe not great. One thing I may have missed- this switch operates on a one click on/off. Every one I heyre up with used two clicks and I still can't get used to it. Maybe it was in the description but oh well.

Easy to install, bought this to replace the switch on my small coffee table lamp. Works good.

it’s light and cheaper than anything at HD, but it’s UL tested, connections are secure & well insulated, twist on/off action is solid- i’d buy it again.

I bought a pair of these sockets for some vintage Mid-Century table lamps that had some horrible looking modern replacements. I wanted sockets that not only looked vintage, but functioned properly. I was very pleased with the first two that I bought and ended up buying 3 more for my other lamps. For anyone stating that these plugs are thin or poor quality, they do not know what they are talking about. I've restored many Mid-Century lamps and the quality of these sockets are no different than what was being produced in the 50's or 60's.Very pleased and recommend.
