These pendants are so beautiful whether they are on or off. I wanted to purchase some extra bulbs for when the existing ones burn out and contacted the seller. The seller responded immediately! And I was very impressed with how fast I received a message back. I think that's important when you need to get a hold of somebody. Again, these are the most beautiful pendants!

Thank you for the awesome customer service! The alternate bulbs made all the difference!! Obviously I am in a loft with high ceilings, and these long pendants are a great size & shape. Also love the smoke glass. The only negative is that the bulbs are not dimmable, and cannot be found in the U.S. Hopefully these bulbs will last for a decade.
