Okay first and most importantly..IT WORKS. Installed easily with 2 caveats.**Screws are mega cheap and stripped after trying to unscrew them to attach the clear face plate, very cheap metal screws** the slider is really stiff and not smooth.. there is no glide but you have to kinda force it down. Which i feel is a unpleasant experience if you have to use it often.Otherwise it works and no Flicker on the led...Also in the instructions it shows the flip switch default is supposed to be "off" which i found out turning on the power breaker the light turn on ..which means the switch shown in instruction is "On" which i also think is unsafe..Will be back a few weeks to.update how long this product will last.

This worked really well as a dimmer switch.But for me, there was one problem. I have long forty eight inch tube lights in a square ceiling. I do not remember reading that they were not for fluorescent lights. Therefore, one day i'm going to have to buy a new switch and trade them out. Because I cannot use it as a dimmer, they will blink really quick off and on.

I ordered these switches for four new lights we installed in our ceilings and I highly recommend them. I wanted a dimmer that had a separate off switch, so these were just what I was looking for. Why did you pick this product vs others?:This dimmer switch has multiple leads, but when I opened my wall receptacle to remove the worn-out dimmer switch, I only had a hot and a neutral wire to work with, so it was much easier for me. The wire nuts are included, along with the screws, clear receiver plate and face plate. This kit gives you a lot of wiring to work with, so just cut it to length. The whole setup looks clean and professional. The price is very reasonable, the brightness slider works smoothly, and the on-off switch clicks cleanly.
