But I AM an artist. An illustrator to be specific. And I work with my hands a lot at a desk. Lighting is critical for me when I'm drawing so I can see every line I sketch and every stroke when I paint.This half moon light was the answer to a prayer I didn't even know I'd made. Haha. I have always been on the lookout for a good lamp and had no idea this was even an option.The packaging was fantastic. It arrived in perfect condition. It's also really easy to unpack and set up. It's very stable and won't fall over. It has heavy metal feet that keep it steady. It's wide enough to allow a really good size workspace with no elbow bumping. brightness and brightness levels are incredible. I really like that it has 3 different kinds of light so you can customize the lighting to fit your needs as you work, too.The phone holder is even more of a game changer because it allows me to record myself as I draw or take steady photos with excellent lighting and with no more phone shadows in the corner! Yay!Altogether this is such an amazing device that someone designed. Whoever you are -- thank you! I definitely recommend to anyone who works with their hands. It has so many uses. Device repair. Artistry of any kind. Reading. Tooling around. Etc. Just about anyone could get great use out of this lamp. Next they need to release this in different colors! Lol.

I absolutely love this LIONVISON half-moon desk lamp. The lighting is super bright, clear, and provides perfect coverage without casting frustrating shadows. It makes doing nails so much easier and looks great on my desk! Highly recommend!

I purchased this half moon lamp because I wanted better lighting while doing my nails, but the phone holder for filming content was a big selling point for me too. So far, I love it!The lighting is great. It has three different light modes along with multiple dimming options, so I can adjust it depending on what I’m working on. I especially love the phone holder and the different options for attaching it to the lamp. Being able to move my phone around and position it at different angles makes it so much easier to film while I’m actually working on my nails.The lamp comes in several colors, but I ended up going with the blinged-out version because it was a few dollars cheaper. While I love the lamp itself, I could definitely do without the bling. The adhesive strips had a strange smell when it arrived, felt very sticky, and some areas were already starting to peel away.Thankfully, that hasn’t affected how well the lamp actually works. The lighting and adjustable phone setup are exactly what I was looking for, and those features have made doing and filming my nails so much easier. Overall, I’m really happy with it—I just wish the finish on the bling version had been better.
