Very great look. I was ecstatic when I finally saw it lit. It was a breeze to install and the appearance it adds to my front door is awesome. The metal is solid black and not heavy at all. Makes it seem more modern. The size is about a foot or slightly bigger but not to oversized which is perfect. Adds the perfect look to any porch.

Pasentel’s outdoor wall light fixture, with a matte black exterior finish, is an attractive addition to any entranceway. The matte black finish, along with its retro lantern design, conveys an old-fashioned elegance. Although I installed the two of mine with one on the second-story deck and the second directly underneath it by the rear door, installed side by side would be spectacular. The installation was straightforward, with all the essential hardware and detailed instructions included. It can be used with an assortment of E26 bulbs, which allows for it to not only be compatible with other light fixtures in your home, but also lends itself to being dimmable with the proper switch - I myself prefer Lutron.

This is an awesome light, for which I can see a number of places good for it. My entry light is getting dated, so that is the perfect spot for the light.The light is made of solid metal, heavy and substantial. All 4 sides of the light are covered in thick glasses, which allow maximum brightness from the bulb (not included). Each glass panel is attached to the metal frame, using 2 “hooks” on both top and bottom. As I mentioned earlier, the metal is solid, so those hooks offer secure support and durability.I really enjoy the simplicity in the light’s design and am really impressed by the quality of the workmanship behind it - simply no blemish is found. I also like the idea of using the Edision retro style bulb for the light based on the Amazon product page pictures, so that is the bulb I will buy to complement the light.It comes with all necessary screws, wire nuts, supporting bracket, etc. the installation is as simple as any standard light installation without complications.Overall, this is hands down great light. You won’t regret about it.

Very nice outdoor wall light. I ordered this light to go on a back deck porch. It requires one 60-watt (max) bulb and that is about all the additional illumination I need for that space.When I received the light, I did inspect it carefully. The black matte finish on the light is nicely applied. There are no visible defects at all. The glass portions are all very clear- no scratches- no glass bubbles. All the hardware necessary to install the light was included and complete. Assembly and installation instructions were also provided, as was a contact email address should any pieces be missing. Personally, I like when a company provides contact information such as that -just in case- but I have seen a lot of companies going away from that trend.I really wish this light had a glass plate at the bottom so that the fixture would be enclosed and those nighttime bugs would be thwarted in their attempts to enjoy the warmth of the light. However, I did receive another similar light for the front porch and that light had an optional glass piece for the bottom. That optional piece is really just a glass square, so I am going to have a glass square cut and my local "big-box" hardware store and that will make the fixture exactly what I was looking for. Simple solution.The installation is nothing unusual- if you have installed an exterior light before (my husband has). The necessary light bulb is not included in the box, but that is clearly stated in the posting description, so I already knew that and had gotten the bulb before we started the installation process. The only thing about the instructions that we didn't follow had to do with the bulb installation which they have listed as Step Number 2. They instruct you to install the light bulb to the fixture after you install the mounting plate, but before you attach the circuit wires to the fixture wires. We elected to connect the wires, as is our normal procedure, attach the fixture to the mounting plate and then install the bulb as the last part of the installation. Not sure why they would want you to try to connect the wires and the fixture with the bulb installed. The bottom is open, so there is absolutely no issue with installing the bulb last. Again, this was nothing major, just a personal preference.When assembled and installed, the fixture really looks lovely and certainly does give me the look I was going for in the back porch area. The lighting is perfect for this spot with just one light and one 60-watt bulb. This Outdoor wall light is simple, functional, and I believe it is a good value for the price point. I am not disappointed with this fixture at all.

We’ve been wanting to replace the light on our back patio and just hadn’t found the right one — until now. The construction on this product is solid and the light includes a mounting bracket, screws and wire nuts to install. I was able to put it up in under a half hour and it looks and works great.The light has a classic look with glass panels on three sides and an open bottom. I do worry that spiders are going to get up inside, but at least the open bottom will prevent a bunch of debris from getting trapped in with the light. I might have gone a bit larger if it was a front door light just for the curb appeal of being able to see it from the street — but the size is just right for our patio.The light bulb does not come with the lamp, but we were able to purchase it from a big box home improvement store. Still, the pricing is pretty on target for the quality and we expect it will last.

Not so much for one.However if you are needing, or can find a use for two this really is a great option. The pictures do not do this any justice. It's a really nice looking light! We are moving and this is going up near our front door of our new home. The style will look good anywhere, really.The material, thick aluminum, has a water resistant layer, which is obviously coated with something that I'm sure prevents rust and erosion. I'm really good with updating reviews, and will definitely do so here. Given it's a pretty decent price for one of these I will stay on this.It's a solid piece. Decent weight to this. Feels very heavy duty. The frame is thick, and so is the glass. Gives me confidence in hanging this on a home that doesn't have a foyer or any kind of overhang as of yet. It shouldn't get damaged, with just how bulky it is.Fits the E26 bulb, which leaves a variety of choices for different lights. It comes hardwired with necessary mounting accessories. Pretty standard, but does include instructions.Overall seems like a very good option! Just wish it was a little bit more affordable for just the one. However I think having two of these by the front door would look great!
