I did not like our other bathroom mirror so the second I came across this one I knew I had to scoop it up. This came very well packed and secured and everything was exactly as described in the ad. Nothing was missing or damaged from delivery and it was all in great condition. It arrived well packed with plenty of padding. My husband was easily able to get this swapped out with the other mirror and he said if you know what you are doing and you have ever hung up anything like this before it is just as easy to hang up. Very simple and straightforward. Truly no complaints whatsoever. Just be sure you look over all the specifications including the measurements ahead of time so you could be 100% sure it will work for you and as long as you do that you're good to go. Definitely worth every penny and a solid 10 out of 10

I love this mirror so much. I wish that my master bathroom didn't have a large built-in medicine cabinet because I would order a large one of these mirrors for the master bathroom too! It arrived in perfect condition and was well-protected in the box.I installed mine in the upstairs guest bathroom. For now, I am plugging it into the outlet next to the mirror, but I have an electrician coming soon to hardwire it behind the mirror. Instead of the included plastic wall anchors, I went with slightly stronger ones purchased separately since mine was installing into drywall without studs. Once those anchors and screws were installed in the proper place, it was relatively easy to hang the mirror right onto the screws. The mirror is not too heavy.I love all of the options on this mirror. I especially loved the "radar" feature that automatically turns the light on when it detects motion. My guests will appreciate that since there is no natural light in that bathroom and it is very dark at night, too. You can turn that feature off if you wish by long pressing the radar button while the mirror light is off.I also like that there are lights behind the mirror as well as the front. The extra lights behind the mirror really make the mirror look high-end. I also love the adjustable color temperatures. You can double-tap the light icon to switch between three temps, or you can long-press the defogger button to adjust the color temperature in stepless mode. You can also adjust the brightness by holding down the light button while it is on until you get the perfect amount of light.The defogger feature is great, too! It certainly helps when the bathroom is fogged up to clear the mirror relatively quickly.I can't think of a single thing I would want from this mirror that it doesn't have. Five stars all the way.

Since I rent and it's a very old house I did not feel comfortable messing with electrical wiring.
