Waited about 3 weeks of using before I decided to review. We love this fountain, so far the solar works great, we've only had to plug in about 3 times to charge because we've had a week full of no sun and rain. The fountain sits a little outside of our deck cover so it does get some rain water added, but so far after about 3 weeks we have not had to fill the water storage. There are only 2 things what we agree that they would change... 1) have a remote and 2) have a way to turn on and use without the lights, which I'm sure would help with battery.

I have been looking for a solar powered water fountain for my back yard and I came across this one. When it was originally delivered, it was packed carefully and was so easy to assemble. You could charge it with the solar panel, or with a USB cord. I wanted it get it up and running right away because we had a week of rain, no sun. After charging overnight and plugging everything in perfectly the next day, the pump and lights did not work. I tried everything but nothing worked. I reached out to the seller and within 24 hours they responded with some instructions for me to try so that we can troubleshoot where the problem was. After 48 hours they determined that I needed a new panel and pump, which I received from them in less than a week. I hooked everything up and it worked! I was soooo happy, and it looks great in my backyard rock garden. Customer service was great and very quick to rectify the problem. Highly recommend this fountain, the sound is so relaxing and was exactly what I was looking for. 5 stars from me for both the product and the customer service.

Happy with my purchase it is a really cute fountain and I have only had to fill it up twice so seems to keep the water recycling well in the solar works really well. Also feel like it was good value.

Prefect for our outdoor patio. The sound is very relaxing and the lights are just enough to add a touch of warmth and comfort to the gazebo area. Very satisfied with the product.
