these are great in my shop. they actually use 200 watts as advertised, and are very noticeably brighter than my 4 ft led shop lights now. they are built well with a metal housing and a good eye bolt to hang them from and have a clear plastic light cover. they don't cast light to the sides as far as my 4 ft lights but focus much brighter downward.

These things are great. I put them in my 30x50 pole barn with 10 ft ceilings. Ive got 8 of them spread out for general lighting and the last two are over my work bench area. It lights my barn up like a paint booth. They seem well made and have held up great so far but its only been a few months. Would definitely buy again.
