Considering how the marketing images show a uniform light source, I was either sent a defective product or their marketing images aren't accurate - there are gaps between sections of LEDs in the lamp head (see pic).I came to Neatfi already a fan - I've been using their XL Desk Lamp for 3 years, and it's genuinely one of the best task lights I've owned. So I had high expectations for the Half Moon light, and in some ways it delivers: the 2,500 lumens of brightness is impressive, the light modes are useful, and the clamp works well. I was happy to see the threads on the desk clamp came pre-greased - a small detail that signals real engineering care, and one I appreciate since I prefer clamps over drilling holes into furniture (easier to move a lamp than patch a hole).It's a meaningful step down from the craftsmanship I experienced with the XL Desk Lamp, and for a light marketed toward professional estheticians and nail techs who depend on consistent, accurate illumination, that's a real problem. Color accuracy and evenness matter enormously in that work.If Neatfi irons out these QC issues, this could be a great product - the specs are there. For now, I'd recommend checking your unit carefully out of the box, and if you're a professional who relies on this light daily, weigh the risk before buying.

This lamp has absolutely exceeded my expectations! I got the pink one because it was the cheapest, and even though it's not my preferred color, it's a very pleasant color that goes well with my colorful art room - a cute Kirby pink rather than hot pink. But what really matters is how it works!It was incredibly easy to install on my table, which is almost as thick as the clamp allows, and it feels very sturdy. It's also huge! Even though I measured before buying, it still astounded me when I opened up the box. The whole lamp feels well-made and premium. The paint job is perfect and it came with no dings or scratches. A huge plus is that the cord comes in two parts - there is a short section that comes out of the lamp itself, and then there's the longer section of the cord that attaches to the outlet. So, if you want to rearrange the lamp, you don't have to fuss with the cord, you just unplug it at the base of the lamp and plug it back in to the main cord when you're done.The lamp is CRAZY bright. The photo I have included is the lamp at its lowest setting in my room at night. I don't think I've ever used it at more than 50% brightness except as a test when I got it. I bought it especially for nighttime painting, which is very difficult in general due to the shadows my hands cast on my paper while I paint under a lamp. This lamp is curved, which reduces the shadows from my hands.The only con for my purposes (which will not be an issue at all if you're using this as a nail tech) is that, due to the curve, the light is fairly concentrated and it doesn't illuminate my whole desk. Since I already had a lamp before this, I just use my old one in the opposite corner of my desk to light up my supplies (paint palettes, mixing trays, etc).I was worried that this lamp wouldn't live up to my expectations for the price, but I'm REALLY glad I spent some extra money on this one and didn't bother with something cheaper. I think this will last me years and years. If you're looking for a great lamp to use for your crafts at night, you won't be disappointed!!!

Great light! I have two other Nestfis and wanted a to try a halo style when I paint miniatures. The surrounding light on the miniature is nice because you don't have to turn it as much. To turn it on is straight forward with the turn of a knob from dim to full brightness.

The amount of light and infinite adjustability of this light make it ideal for any detailed work. I am using it for my nail studio, but I’m tempted to buy one for my craft desk at home too.

Wow! This lamp is a MAJOR upgrade from my previous one! My last lamp was a stationary half-moon lamp, which started out as fine, but would awkwardly sit exactly at eye-level when I sat up to talk to my clients. This one completely solves that problem! With its completely adjustable height and movable arm, I can use this anywhere and still be able to effectively communicate with my clients. The arm is sturdy and reliable, which was surprising considering it has some decent weight hanging off from the light itself. It holds any position I need and is extremely versatile and adjustable. I only needed the clamp option, which I’d recommend over any sort of flat base (for stability’s sake). The color is perfect for my salon, effectively lights up the work area as I need, and is versatile across many lines of work. It’s easy to mix up which knob is which, but it works perfectly every time.Hopefully this helps!

This lamp is so easy to work with and it does not take up table space. It easily moves whichever way you need, and even during Hurricane Milton prepping, I was able to detach the lamps easily without detaching the bases and reattach them when we went back to work.The only thing that I now wish it had, and hope the next generation lamp has is one or two charging ports for me and my clients. Especially my clients. Other than that, NEATFI HALF MOON continues to be our salon favorite.

I love everything about this lamp! It’s bright (dimmable), has adjustable warm/cold tones, is large, fits above the wrist rest, and envelopes the fingers handsomely with light! The quality and looks are good too. I am very satisfied with this upgrade to my nail station.
