I rarely write reviews , but I was compelled. I’ll start with the good:The chandelier is pretty, the crystals are actual glass and have a great reflective quality.It was not hard to hang, my husband did so in under 30 min. I would say it’s a 2 person job.They do send replacement crystals which you will probably need.The not so great:The crystals come pre strung , BUT they were put together very poorly and several were broken upon arrival. Several others broke during installation due to how poorly they were arranged on the wire staples that hold the crystals together. The staple like wires cheapens the overall look in my opinion .The base , where you hang the crystals, had a few bent places upon arrival .The base where the wires connect isn’t very stable either, and will need adjustment for the chandelier to seem level.The biggest surprise was there were no bulbs included. For the price that is unacceptable.The included instructions aren’t very clear. They’re more like , look at the picture and figure it out .For the price , condition upon arrival, and lack of clear instructions, it’s not the greatest buy ,If it wasn’t such a process to hang , I may have sent it back.Be sure to check, and tighten the staple like fittings that hold the crystals together so they don’t fall off and chip your glass table like it did mine. Last photo shows the chips to my table.It’s not the worst buy, because one it’s completed and you get past all of the issues, it’s a nice looking piece. I just wish the quality was there.

Absolutely beautiful!!! My husband installed it and had no issues. I put on the crystals. It was easy. Just follow the pattern and place the assembled crystals in the slots.. I'm very happy with my purchase!

WOW!! This chandelier is absoultely beautiful. I ordered the 16" Chrome Crystal Chandelier, which was perfect. I was looking for a chandelier to hang over the round table in our dining room, something that would sparkle and create a peaceful ambiance. The chandelier was so easy to install. Definitely top quality for the price and it creates a beautiful bright pattern on the ceiling. The crystals are stunning, heavy, really good quality and so easy to install. The two tier crystals in the shape of raindrops was the selling point for me. Luxury at at reasonable price. I would highly recommend this chandelier.
