Absolutely love this for my backyard. Would think about purchasing more from the front yard but i live in a horrible HOA in Fl.But I do love this Solar Lamp post.It’s very sturdy easy to assemble BUT it is not secure. at the top. No idea why they’re missing a hole for 2 bolts to go in.I left off a star for that.I made the cement base.Hope the solar will last.Will come back with updates.8/4/2026North Florida area.

I received this amazing solar outdoor streetlight by Maorunz, which is impressive in every way! Initially, I thought there were some things that didn’t work as advertised, but after testing in multiple scenarios I found that everything functioned well.I start first with the assembly of this device, which was fairly easy for one person, but this thing is VERY solid and it is top-heavy in a good way. I thought there would be more to the poles that all look the same, with only one exception. Once figuring out that the connection to the light/combo solar panel and battery (all in one) was simpler than I made it out to be, everything was awesome. They put two holes in the pole, but one of them did not match. They had these weird square nuts that I had never seen before, but only one of them connected to the screw and pole; the other was just dropped in to hold the screw. This was not explained in the directions very well, but after figuring it out, it was actually brilliant. That part was the only difficult one, so take note so you don’t take apart a pole that did not need to be taken apart because it was all good already. Yes, I made the assembly go way longer than it should have, undoing the work for no reason.I was amazed at how tall 100 inches is! I guess when I saw 2.5 meters I thought it would be short. NOT! Looking at the 6 poles you would think it isn’t that high, but afterward, as you can see from my picture, it is quite tall.Also, I was amazed at how bright the light was. Thankfully, if you didn’t want the astronauts wondering what that bright light was, it has customizable light settings with 420 LEDs and 3 light levels of warm, natural, and cool white. It can be adjusted manually by a push button on the light (which you’ll need a ladder to do) or via a remote.The remote has a well-designed cover that protects it from the weather. It is magnetic, so you can slap it anywhere on the poles or if on a patio on something else. But, don’t count on using that remote from your bedroom or from the back door, as it only reaches about 12 feet. I was hoping I could literally use it from the bedroom window, which sits about 50 feet from where I put the pole. It would be nice if it reached that far, but in reality, you don’t need that much. We’re going to keep it on motion detection mode as we’d like to have the light go on when our cars pull in the driveway. It sits in the right spot to detect the motion of a person, a car, or a deer. I’m not sure about small animals. I’ll compare our security motion detectors to this to see if it picks up cats or rabbits like the Blink camera does.Overall this solar light is way better than I expected. The remote is the only disappointment on having to be within 12 feet to turn off the lights or turn them on if I want to see something at night. This gets my 5 Star!

I absolutely LOVE this solar light! This is easily one of my best Amazon purchases so far. Everything the seller described is exactly what I received, and honestly, I am extremely impressed.The design is sleek, modern, and elegant, and it looks beautiful in my backyard. Most importantly, it does an amazing job illuminating the space—the light is bright and gives my backyard such a beautiful look at night.
