I wanted something substantial for a high ceiling, and the 34-inch size fills the space beautifully without looking lost. The black frame feels sturdy and gives it a more modern look, while all the crystal tiers add plenty of sparkle. The K9 crystals are clear, nicely cut, and really catch the light once all 21 bulbs are on. Installation takes some time simply because of the size and number of crystals, but the finished result is gorgeous. It feels well made, looks much more expensive than I expected, and completely changed the look of the room.

I have such a huge appreciation for beautiful lighting, so with much consideration decided that this would be a great addition to our home. Made by a company called PUVAUE - this is a company that I am familiar with and have always enjoyed their lighting pieces before. With excitement, I placed my order for this 21-Liught Black High Ceiling Crystal Tiered Empire Chandelier. Now that I do in fact have this home, inspected and installed professionally- I can confirm that this is the statement piece that anyone who visits will be in awe of. The chandelier exudes a beautiful calm and inviting atmosphere. The Crystals are brilliant and placed perfectly to produce an exquisite sight. This is one of the prettiest chandeliers that I've owned in a long time. I did not find or encounter any adverse issues, such as defects in the crystals, bad welding with the iron frame. I've been updating and replacing old brass lighting that came with my house, and I think this is the most beautiful thing in my home. I've had it installed in the entryway in front of the staircase. It immediately made that area look more interesting and sparkly!The K9 glass sparkles when daylight, or when the light the lamp generates hits it. The black frame makes it look modern and current The chandelier has a grand look, but it still feels elegant and fits the entryway really well.I had my handyman come over to install it, and there were no issues, with the exception of needing my partner to help hold it up.This is NOT a one person install. It is quite heavy.This beautiful light is the first thing people notice when they walk in. I am very happy with how it changed the look of the space. Every time I look at it I smile.

Installation took patience, it being a multi-part chandelier with heavy visual presence, and you want two people for hanging and aligning the arms before you fully tighten everything. Once mounted, adjusting the hanging height helped it sit perfectly above the entry, not feeling too low or high for a high ceiling space. What I liked was the drama factor. Black frame makes the crystals pop, the K9 crystal look is crisp rather than dull, light bounces nicely instead of looking like plastic jewelry. What I did not like is the upkeep vibe, crystals catch dust and fingerprints so you will want a realistic plan for cleaning if you want it to keep looking new. If any crystals arrive loose you will want to check packaging carefully during setup. Value for the money feels fair for the look and number of lights, if you are okay with the fact that luxury fixtures cost more in both price and maintenance. Durability seems strong from the metal frame but treat the crystals gently during install, keep hands off the glass as much as possible. I used it by pairing with bulbs that give warm light for a cozy glow in the entry, then turned it on at night to confirm the sparkle pattern across the hallway.
