Have 3 50 ft sets, work great but two of the plugs failed after getting wet, need to find out if they have a replacement plug

((Edit: The issue has been resolved, they sellers gladly sent a whole replacement! They seemed to try to find me a replacement, but where soldout and out of stock)) I loved these lights however just over a year has past since I bought them and the capacitors in the power adapter popped. I just need to the replace the power adapter everything else works, but I can NOT find the power adapter anywhere, not even on eBay, I wish they had the parts I need to replace! :'(

Updated review 9/8/2026: the company reached out and sent a replacement string of lights. Works great and great customer service!Great lights! Until they stopped working right at 1 year. Looking to replace the power supply if possible and try to get them working again but can’t find a replacement. Oh well… onto the next light brand.

I bought these lights on December 29, 2025. It is now July 26, 2026. I wanted indoor lighting for my living room that I could control with a remote and have a timer function. While the remote did give me trouble more than a time or two, I enjoyed the Bluetooth function that allows me to be creative with my lighting through the app. However, seeing as how I've had this item less than a year, I am disappointed to say they have already stopped working. I am fairly consistent about turning on a timer before bed so that they turn off during the night when I'm asleep. However, the other night, I accidentally left them on through the night. I went to turn them off with the remote in the morning, and the lights wouldn't respond, and I noticed the closest bulb to the end was blue, while the rest of the strand was white. I decided to unplug the lights to manually turn them off and let them have a cooldown. Later that evening, hours later mind you, I plugged in the lights, and all I get is the single blue bulb on the end. It will not respond to the remote, nor the app on my phone. I acknowledge my user error, HOWERVER, seeing as how the bulbs are advertised as lasting more than 25000 hours, I am confused on why this would happen. Does a bulb need to be replaced, and it will be fine like Christmas lights? Is there some issue with the wiring? Unfortunately, I don't know. I am passed the 30-day return window, and I didn't purchase the 3-year coverage, so I'm unsure if anything will come of this. Amazon tells me the item has a 12-month coverage, but I am unable to contact the manufacturers. I wanted to put a review here to express my experience with the overall lack of durability of the product, and not being up to the standards I hoped for.Update: The manufacturer (CAWWS) reached out to me after they saw my review and ended up sending me a replacement set. Now I've got perfectly working lights again. Great customer service, so I updated from a 2 star to a 4, thank you!

Love these lights, truly shatter resistant /I’m in Seattle so it’s already rained and they’ve worked wonderfully. The remote works well to change colors. I had a small patio space that’s 12 x 20 and I zigzagged it back-and-forth about four times overhead from my upper deck around a seating area-had some friends over and they thought they looked wonderful, great value, solid performance!

Update: after writing my review I was contacted via email from the company who made me whole. Although it's been a week shy over a year of having the lights. They replaced them with a new set. Thank you Fiona for the great customer service. I updated my stars to 5 due to the amazing customer service. I really love these lights. They are fun.Original:I loved my lights! Of course easy to install and great length. See video.I purchased this June 2025, got a great use out of them BUT, they only lasted a year. Went to turn them on yesterday for my get together and they stopped working.For the price they should've lasted longer than a year, especially since they aren't used everyday. Gave 3 stars 🌟 because of not having longevity.

I’m really impressed with these LED lights. They are super bright, easy to install, and work perfectly. The quality is much better than I expected for the price. They completely transformed my space and haven't given me any issues. Highly recommended if you're looking for good, reliable lighting!

Update: After I returned the first set, the company reached out and sent a 50ft string as a replacement. These lights have been hanging for about 2 weeks with no problems. All the lights are working correctly with the remote. Customer support was truly exceptional. Thus an upgrade to 4 stars.The lights worked when we received them and after installing them on our patio. However, the next day, the lights came on with the remote, but only the first 3 bulbs in the strand worked with the remote. 2 lights did not even come on and the other lights were doing their own thing. I unplugged them and tried again later and they worked perfectly. Tried again that night and they were being all wonky again. Would not respond to the remote except for the first 3 bulbs. Disappointed as they were really nice and I liked all the color and modes available.
