The fixture itself is nice and looks expensive. The finishes are a nice gold, not gaudy looking at all. The problem is the bulb is so dull, particularly for my ceiling where I purchase this to go, I am unsure what to do with this, although I do love all the colors, I’ve never had a bulb like this. It probably would go best on each side of a bed, in an area where you only want low light. This item is not to help a dimly lit area, it’s probably best to purchase 2 at a time. Also the rope came a bit frayed, unsure if this was a reship of a return, no other physical imperfections.
