These sconces were easy enough to install and were compatible with the wiring that's currently in my house. Black to black wires, white to white, and a green/gold ground wire. The package includes all the screws and parts needed, however the wire nuts are small and I ended up using larger ones. You will need a Philips head screw driver and a small wrench to complete the install. The quality is decent and they look nice installed. I ordered the linen color fabric shade and I like how it softens the brightness of the light coming through it. The swan neck style is unique and graceful. All the parts of the fixture are powder coated metal except for where the E26 light bulb screws in - that's plastic. At nearly $100 for the pair, they seem a bit high priced to me.
