I got this lamp to help with mood lighting in my office which only has harsh fluorescent light. I will say that it's not enough light to work or read by, so keep that in mind depending on your purpose. However, it is very cute and gives enough light to help you get around a dark room or give some low-level ambient light to supplement another lamp. The size is perfect for a desk or nightstand.The lamp comes in two pieces -the base and a globe that screws on top. It doesn't have a traditional bulb. Once you screw the two pieces together, the globe illuminates after you press the touch button. There are three light levels which you can activate by pressing the button until you reach the desired level.The battery life is pretty good. Without plugging in it last about 3/4 of the workday and it works while plugged in so you could just keep it that way too if you're close enough to an outlet. It's a really cute lamp for improving your decor!

This lamp is perfect for fishing and camping trips. The battery life depends on the brightness level you are using. For me, it lasted for a few evenings of fishing. Charging takes a few hours. The globe has a nice white light. It has been reliable both outdoors and indoors, in dry settings. All in all, it's a cute little lamp that does its job nicely.

It has a good weight to the base so it stays upright without feeling tippy, and the overall profile is compact enough that it does not crowd smaller tables.Battery life is decent for general evening use. On the medium or lower brightness settings, I can get a few nights out of it before needing to plug it in with the USB cable. On full brightness, the battery drains noticeably faster, so if you plan to keep it on the brightest setting all night, you will likely be charging it every day. The glass shade also picks up fingerprints easily when you move it around, so I find myself wiping it down occasionally. Overall, it works really well for adding a soft glow anywhere in the house.
