Pros:- This looks so much more expensive in person and really did exceed my expectations when I took it out of the box- Very easy to assemble and everything fits together well and construction is solid once assembled- The light really is larger than it looks in pictures and is the perfect size for lashes or many other uses- The light functions are easy to adjust and this thing can get really bright! You won’t have trouble seeing!- Easy to operate and switch between the settings and adjust the lamp- The phone holder is a great idea if you want to record the session or to keep someone occupied with their own music or podcast while you are doing their lashes- This has so many uses beyond just lashes. You could honestly use this for just about anything that requires some bright light.Cons:- If the base had a little more weight to it I think that would help keep it steady / stable while rolling it around the room, but if you are keeping it pretty much in the same spot you won’t even notice.Overall: This is a great value for the money (especially when it is on sale with a coupon for $75). The quality is absolutely there at that price point and I’ve been very impressed with the light so far. I can definitely recommend.

I ordered this because I do lash extensions out of my spare bedroom and the overhead light was making me squint at close work for hours and my eyes were done by noon. The panel is genuinely big and the whole unit is taller than I expected so it takes up real floor space next to my table. The rolling base moves quietly and does not wobble when I reposition it which matters because my cat treats everything on wheels as a personal challenge. The lamp head swings through a wide arc and locks where I leave it.The color temperature range is broad enough that I use the cooler setting for lash work and the warmer one when I am doing skincare consults and want skin tones to read naturally. The remote is small and sticks to the pole with a suction cup so it is not floating around the room. The magnifier arm on the gooseneck is flexible and holds position but the 4X lens is a little small for my hands to work comfortably around.The phone holder rotates and clips on solidly and I use it when I am recording technique videos. The light does not flicker on camera which was the whole problem with my old ring light.

My wife does crafts in her living room chair near a pedestal light. It often doesn't give enough light, and there are awkward shadows. We thought this would be a fun alternative.The light, particularly the arc light itself is bigger than we imagined. It's is extendable to the same height as our pedestal light, but can be shortened to be right over her crafting space.At first we thought the arc light might shine a narrow strip of light, good for crafting but not good as an area light. It turns out to provide plenty of light outside of the arc, but the arc gives illumination on both sides of her so no more shadows on her crafts!The light can be changed from a warm yellow area light to true daylight or cold white light for color accuracy when crafting. Controls are on both the wire on the lamp post, or on the magnetic remote. The light brightness is adjustable too of course.There are optional features. I don't think I'll ever use the cell phone holder, but perhaps my wife will. The magnifying glass on the flexible rod is nice, and you can remove it if not needed.The whole thing is solid, with thick poles that screw well together and a steady base. It was easy to put together. The quality is quite good, and a very good value at the current coupon price.

This half moon arch shaped light with rolling stand and magnifying glass is amazing! I’m so happy with this! I’m using this more for crafting, especially when doing needle work embroidery, but initially ordered it for use in the bathroom when doing my own nails, pedicures, make up, plucking brows, etc. I love that it’s so versatile and I can easily roll it from my craft room right into the bathroom as needed.It’s a bit large so I’m glad I’m able to store it in the craft room and then just wheel it out and around the house as needed.This has been so helpful for me as I’m in my 50’s and need good lighting and the magnifier is great. Clear view and large enough to cover the area I’m working in without eye fatigue. The variety of light settings and tones is great and the fact that it has a remote control is so handy, especially when the light is centered over the back of a bigger loom, needlework stand or makeup vanity. It would also work perfectly over a reclining table/seat if you’re doing procedures in clients. The remove is magnetic too, so attaches tight to the pole when not in use.The whole set up is sturdy, yet fairly lightweight and I’ve never had it topple over, although I do have to be careful with the large arched light when rolling it through doorways, but I absolutely love that it’s so large and well lit.There’s even a phone holder so if you want to shoot video of what you’re working on or if you just want to keep your phone handy and able to use while working.Assembly was quick and easy and I had it fully set up in a bit over 15 minutes. I will say, once set up you’ll likely want to keep it assembled from there on out as this really isn’t meant to be a portable light station that you can travel with. I mean you could, but it’s probably not going to fun taking it apart and reassembling every time.The selling price when I ordered this was just under $100 USD, which I think is great, especially when I compare it to the Ott brand craft light I pay far more for years ago and lacks all the features of this light.In the pictures I just have this set up in my kitchen because that’s where I assembled it. I’ll also add that it worked great for taking pictures of vintage glass items I sell online and used this light over our small kitchen table to do so. Seriously, this light has so many uses.

I really like this half-moon light. The curved design gives a nice, even spread of light without taking up too much space, and it’s especially helpful when I need good lighting while working or getting ready. This LED lamp’s 28" arc seems a lot wider than I expected, and it's also very tall – like 6ft high – which is almost a bit too big if you're working in a smaller studio or workshop space. But I like its adjustable features, and being able to change the temperature and brightness levels to your task needs. It emits an even, shadow-free illumination. Having dual controls (with the remote and on the lamp itself) is handy if you're using this light between multiple locations. It’s very lightweight, so it feels a little bit wobbly wheeling it around but the lockable casters glide smoothly and it doesn't seem too unbalanced. Of course its mobility range is restricted by the fairly short ~7” useable cord length that connects from a mid-height point on the light’s tube frame. You do need to make sure to regularly check the screw joints that easily loosen when moving and articulating the various adjustment positions. The phone holder is unnecessary for me, but that 4x magnifier is super handy for detail work. So far this light’s working out really well in my garage workshop space, while doing various project work. The current $64.99 coupon offer makes this a much better value than the original $99 list price.
