I had an old ceramic christmas tree that needed a base and this did the trick! My tree is smaller, about 8in tall and 5in wide opening and it's able to sit right on the base. I love that it is an easy on and off switch! Seems of good quality, though I did expect it to be a little heavier it isn’t a problem. Quality on off switch. It is the size that I wanted and expected and is great for any decorative light bulb.

These industrial lamp bases are exactly what I needed. They’re super simple—just a nice, minimal socket base where you can screw in a bulb. The light quality is great, and they’re a fantastic value for the money. I use them behind my fireplace and amplifier with Hue smart bulbs and a Hue Sync Box, and they work perfectly. The cord length is actually longer than I needed, which is nice because it gives you flexibility.
