Loved the way this turned out. It did arrive where we had to put it together, but there was no issues with that. Installation was easy, and the brightness depends upon the type of bulbs you use (we did soft white E26 base). We do not have this on a dimmer switch but can add the dimmer anytime. This is perfect for the value, size, style & the amount of light bulbs!

At the end of the day, I am happy I purchased this light. It is very large and provides good light. It’s modern and a definite upgrade from my previous 1990s light for a very affordable price! It was easy to put together (once I had all the needed parts) and I was able to install it on my own aside from someone helping to hold it while I attached the wires. It does come in parts and you need to put the shade together yourself. I had to take off some some stars because the first one I received did not have all needed parts, and I was unable to get in touch with the seller through email (undeliverable) or phone (disconnected). I was eventually able to get the assistance I needed for a replacement through Amazon, but something to be aware of. If it comes as it should- it’s great!

This flush mount fixture looks good. It did, however, require much assembly of the shade. The electrical was easy, but the shade took a few minutes to assemble. It does not have a diffuser, so the light bulbs are bare if you are standing underneath the fixture. All in all, a reasonably good product, I've just never had to assemble a shade before.

I absolutely love this light fixture!!! It is so stinking cute in my small hallway. I originally bought to use in the master closet but couldn’t bring my self to hide it where no one would see it.Great quality. Beautiful finish. Perfect size and brightness. It’s holding up very nicely!

This light was such a great bargain and looks so nice in two of my rooms. My only complaint is that the installation was more complicated than it needed to be because the included screws for mounting the fixture to the mounting plate were too long and resulted in the fixture hanging down (not flush) just a little bit. This meant an evening trip to the hardware store to scour the aisle with all the screws for one that would work. I got it right with different screws, but would be great if they'd included them in the first place. Still really happy with the light, though! Just make sure to buy short light bulbs for it, or they won't fit (less than 3.5")

This is a beautiful fixture, you do need to take care though when installing. Its a little tricky but worth the effort. Suggestion though - this takes smaller bulbs.. I used "Edison Bulbs, DORESshop A19 Incandescent Light Bulbs, Vintage Light Bulbs 40W E26 Standard Medium Base, Dimmable Decorative Bulbs, Used for Wall Sconces, Ceiling Light, 4 Pack" They look amazing as the bulbs are exposed if your under the light. The Amber tone of the light gives it a real warm and classy look. I get compliments on this fixture..
