I painted my bedroom black, floor and bed black with blackout shades so I could sleep in the daytime. It's perfect except that there has been no light I own that can light up the room for me to see anything. THESE LIGHTS ARE AWESOME!!!!!! They are SO bright and I LOVE the design. It also has 3 settings of yellow, regular, and very bright white light. I don't know what I would have done if I had found these.
