Using Smart Life to install this adapter is so easy. If you can't get this to pair and install you don't need to be dealing with electronics it's that easy.Anyone who gives this device a bad review because it won't connect, clearly don't know what they're doing. If I need another one, this one will be the one I purchase.

I purchased this smart light socket because my porch is recessed, and the dawn-to-dusk bulb I was using before wasn’t working properly due to the shade. This ended up being the perfect solution.The setup was simple, and the Smart Life app is very easy to use. I really like the timer feature. It lets me control exactly when the light turns on and off without relying on inconsistent lighting conditions.It’s been working perfectly so far, and I love that I can also control it with Alexa or Google if needed. Overall, this is a great, practical option if traditional automatic bulbs aren’t working for your space. Highly recommend!

It works... so far. That is all that I wanted it to do. Now I can go into my garage and have it lit up brightly. And, it paired up with Alexa in seconds. Now it's really easy to use.

Happy with the smart functionality and Alexa integration. It does add about 2" to the depth of a light bulb. That meant I had to source a particularly small LED bulb in order to fit underneath the glass diffuser where I wanted to use it, but there were good options for that here on Amazon (I did a search for "low profile LED bulb" and plenty came up).Really like being able to schedule the light to be on when I get home during the winter, and this is easily compatible with that.

This worked as advertised. Easy to set up in the SmartLife app and then connect to Alexa. I use it to schedule an outdoor light that’s inconvenient to turn on and off. Now it’s set and I can forget it.

A bit tricky to set up at first, but once connected it works wonderfully, even with a weak Wi-Fi connection. It has been in our outdoor shed and has withstood the weather and temperatures well.
